My husband and I have used Judaica Place for countless orders. They are legit. The "free gift with purchase" is real. We get most of our sefarim from here.

Many of the negative reviews on here are complaints about experiences with the company, but keep in mind that this is Trust Pilot, and a negative experience does not mean this company is not LEGIT or to be TRUSTED. They are. JudaicaPlace.com is a safe place to make a purchase - they are who they say they are, they process payment securely, and the products you order arrive.

Adding that we have, in years, never had a bad experience with this company. In fact, bad experiences elsewhere lead us to greater loyalty to Judaica Place. I highly doubt the complaints stated on this site are representative of the general customer opinion; I think people with complaints come here to post. Give Judaica Place a chance - you are likely to love them!

Not have false advertising!
A coupon was sent out to save $20 and I placed an order, paid and confirmed. Then I got an email that not allowed to ship to store (for free) but they can ship it for $10!I canceled the order! I have been shopping at this store since they opened but no longer! It was much more honest under Yitzy's watch!

Ad stated free cookbook with “any purchase.” The promo code went through. But the cookbook did not arrive. Company claimed the item I ordered is excluded from the promo. Despite the fact that the ad says cookbook “free with any purchase” and that the promo code went through. To resolve the issue they allow me to make another purchase and then they will send the cookbook! The item itself that I ordered was very nice, a shame that they lost a potential repeat customer. Dishonest and unprofessional.

I placed an order for a bunch of books. Unfortunately, two were out of stock. They notified me via email immediately and were responsive to questions asking for the ISBN and such. They also took the out of stock books off their website immediately before emailing me.

I had a problem with my order and the customer service was prompt, easy to work with and extremely helpful. Their shipping was very fast, too. However, because of the customer service experience alone (they treated me like a person instead of a number), Judaica Place is now my preferred online shopping destination. Keep up the good work.

This is a good Judaica store I would let my friends in on it.

There were 2 items on the package I ordered without allowing me to choose. Of course I assumed I'd receive both so was amazed I'd paid that much for so little.

After getting my Tikkun, I was so excited when it showed up no more than a few days after it had been processed! I opened it up to find the binding bent and a bit torn, which couldn't have happened in shipping because it was shipped in a hefty box. Needless to say, after contacting Judaica Place explaining my problem and dissatisfaction, I never got a reply! Not a single word of apology or an effort to exchange the bent book. I have to say, I'd rather receive good quality than speedy service. I'm pretty disappointed :(

Our area in staten island was hit pretty hard by hurricane sandy. I had ordered the larger ones earlier and these were amazing when the power went out. We had no power for 2 days, but we were lucky since some friends and relatives had no power for weeks. This order came so fast...that I was able to give them out to whoever needed some light at night. Thank you for your prompt service. I will be ordering again.

Quick delivery, product (book) was new as stated. No hassles or problems with this purchase.

I'm not jewish, but I was looking for carved candles for my gf and stumbled upon judaica place. I ordered a beautiful havdallah candle, and it arrived pretty quick. No complaints, and everything went smooth.

We bought some books for Rosh Hashana, but they could be better made, more beautiful. The delivery was great.
