I ordered this item as a Christmas present for my son’s first Christmas 16 days ago. I still haven’t received it and I have received no response to the email I sent 4 days ago asking when it will be delivered.

Money taken. No delivery. No response to email or phone. Daylight robbery, theft, fraud - whatever its called this is the reality of this website.

This is a total SCAM.
Money received, never replied, pretended they are still working.

The owner once picked up the call but then never be able to reach again.

The owner is also a childcare professional, who can imagine a person like her can do this to others.

They asked for a bank transfer- order was on hold until you did. Not heard anything from them. No confirmation and no item received as of yet.

The gift for my nephew’s 1st birthday hasn’t arrived, 2 weeks after I ordered it.
Waiting to hear back to rectify this.

Took my money but goods never arrived and never heard anything from them. Clearly the business has shut down but they're still taking people's money. Reported to my credit card company and the Ombudsman.

My order never turned up.

No confirmation email received, so I emailed and messages to request one as I had the PayPal receipt. No reply received by email or instagram. In the end I got a refund via PayPal as my order didn’t arrive

Did not receive my order. Multiple emails calls and messages sent to Debbie with no reply. Likely a scam website!!

I would give zero stars for this company. I placed my order in good faith and it hasn't arrived. I've emailed. Used the website contact form and no response. Do not buy from this company.

The item I ordered did not come . The money for the purchase was taken from my account. This Debbie does not respond to calls,emails or messages. Absolutely dreadful. Just working out my next way of getting refunded my cash has literally been stolen!!

Wondering if this is even a real website/shop? I received an email confirming my order but no further contact since and no delivery. I’ve emailed twice to ask and not received a response so will have to contact our credit card company.

I purchased a unique toy item (I couldn’t find it on any other site so was quite looking forward to it). However, the item was never dispatched and there is 0 communication back via email and contact form on the website.

Ordered a toy on 17th May, which I did not receive despite chasing. I then received an email on 3rd June to say that my order has been refunded. Despite emailing and calling the company, I have still not received a refund as of 24th June! I would not recommend ordering through this company.

I made an order over a month and still didn't receive it. I tried to contact seller through email, website and left a message on the mobile number that is on the website and no reply untill now.
