I had placed a pan lid on a hot stove and partially melted the knob. I contacted Judge customer service to see if I might purchase a replacement as they are screw-in. Judge as a gesture of goodwill arrange to send me a replacement.

Ordered from judge having never heard of them and finding them on a Google search. Everything was reduced that I purchased, it seemed too cheap.. went for it anyway as they had what we needed at a great price ... Received order very promptly. Everything seemed good quality. First use of coffee grinder and the lid appeared cracked and broken. Emailed judge not expecting a response and they responded a couple of days later and another couple of days later I received a brand new coffee grinder! Great customer service!

I can't say anything else but top quality pans I have judge Castille 25cm stainless steel skillet bought it in 2002 and it's still as good as it was then it is used 3 to 4 times a week very low maintenance and a pleasure to cook with I also have other judge pans I will not use any other ,I have recently just purchased there stainless steel chip fryer absolutely perfect for heat retention 1.2 litres of oil @5c to 190c in less the 10 minutes

Awful service, both non stick pans arrived damaged. Quick comms for returns but 3 times the courier did not show to collect. A total waste of my time.

I called Judge only yesterday to enquire about a fault with our (our of warranty) breadmaker. They were attentive, prompt, flexible and looking for the best solution, not simply angling for a new sale; in the end, they found a replacement part, which arrived this morning, at a very reasonable cost. Superb service! Thank you!

When my breadmaker stopped working just over a year after purchase, I telephoned customer service to discuss the guarantee and spoke to Louis.
In a week when I had been having major issues with a company who I have been using for years which had been frustrating and time consuming, it was so refreshing to be listened to politely and respectfully and have my problem immediately dealt with, thus restoring my faith in the inherent good will of reputable companies. I had a replacement breadmaker within a few days.

Purchased a Judge H045 Extra Large Stainless Steel Roasting Pan with Rack, 36cm x 26cm x 10cm, Oven Safe, Dishwasher Safe, Gift Box - 25 Year Guarantee from Amazon for £27.95. On first use today the handle spot weld broke spilling my stuffed buttered Turkey, bacon, wine baste onto the kitchen floor. Very upset, very poor quality product. Contacted Amazon, they recommended contacting Judge. I wrote to Judge (with photos), they simply told me to contact Amazon. Pityful service, in this instance their 25 year guarantee would seem as defective as their product quality. It has cost me a replacement turkey and a lot of cleaning up but I am thankful it was not oven hot as it would have caused severe burns to both me and my grandson with Xmas in hospital (our legs and feet were both covered in my butter wine baste). On this note I would not recommend this product as the poor workmanship on the handle welds could cost you more that just a replacement turkey! Perhaps Judge might like to put out a general recall on this product?

Judge, thanks for your eventual reply and voucher offer below. However due to the extremely poor quality of this product, the problems and sheer mess it's failure created, I am not interested in a voucher for any more Judge products.

A saucepan from a set we have had for a number of years recently developed a fault. I contacted Louis asking for an opinion on why this had happened and what it could posibly be. Without asking I was provided with a new saucepan within days. That is what I call excellent customer service and honouring the guarantee

The judge milk frother does not froth the heated milk like cheaper milk frothers, I use a tall mug an half fill with hot milk then I use the judge, I few minutes in still cannot get milk to froth like the cheaper models. The problem is the small disc is not like the ones with the whisk type so struggles to do what it says on the packaging, very disappointed. The only thing I would say is good it takes 4 AA batteries and the unit has lots of power. I hope the review makes sense to those who like a frothy cappuccino, I think the judge would be good for milk shakes.

I have purchased several utensils from Judge for my kitchen at the time I moved into my flat around ten years ago. One of them broke, I contacted the company to ask if it could be replaced for a new one. Louis from Customer Service came back to me the following replaying that a new one (not same model, as mine was discontinued) was on its way to me.
I have been using from pots to other kitchen utensils from Judge for many years and I have been very happy for their quality. Now, with the response I have got, I would recommend this brand not only,for its products but also for its outstanding customer service.

High quality kitchenware. My mum has had a steamer from them that's lasted over 20 years so I bought some stuff from them for when I move out :)

Bought some double walled coffee cups to help work on my latte art. After a couple of uses one of them had water in between the 2 layers of glass that I couldn't get out.
I emailed them about the issue, they responded within 24 hours and sent me 2 new glasses.
Very good customer service. Website easy to use too.
Would definitely use again.

I bought a 12" desk fan from Judge back in June 2023. In early August 2023, it had randomly stopped working. I emailed their customer services department, and Rachel immediately agreed to send out a replacement, no questions asked. There was no warranty on the item, so really impressed with this level of customer service! Thanks so much Rachel.

Wonderful customer service. Emailed Monday , and received my new saucepan by Thursday. Helpful and polite. Very impressed. Thank you
