Outstanding support

We have used Judge Me for several years. They are consistently responsive to our requests for assistance in correctly allocating reviews to the correct products where customers accidentally assign a review incorrectly.

Excellent app with unbeatable customer support!

I am very satisfied with the Judge.me app; it works perfectly and reliably in my Shopify store. Not only does the app do its job flawlessly, but I also really appreciate the constantly updating toolkit and the fact that they regularly introduce highly useful new features.

What I definitely want to highlight, however, is their support team. They are simply fantastic and extremely helpful! I received almost instant answers to practically all of my questions, which gives a huge sense of security when running a store. It is very rare these days to find such fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.

I am pretty inept with tech things

I am pretty inept with tech things, so I ask for a lot of help. customer service agent Fin, was very kind, patient and helpful. I would recommend Judge to any business owner who is not very tech savvy.

Perfect Addition to my Website
