The garment bag was not shipped for 10 days. No one responded to my emails or phone call. Terrible customer service. It arrived to late to be given as a gift for a fellow judge at our conference. order number JS1928.

Communication about the delivery process was great. My robe is awesome and as close to perfect as can be, I highly recommend you guys!

The product was excellent. The problem was I ordered the wrong size. An attempt was made to contact and try to exchange for the next larger size. I received no follow up until today with this email.

Took way, way too long to receive the product!!

Ordering was easy; the robe is as described, and it arrived quickly. More detailed photos and info about material, stitching, etc., would be helpful.

I have reached out to you multiple times via telephone and email to inquire about a return, and no one has ever responded.

I never received my order. When I reached out to see where the order was and why it was never received, no one ever responded.

I still have not received my order. It has been a month. The only reason this is not a one star review is that at least your customer service dept. did return my email inquiry on where my judicial robe is. Your website states deliver in a little over a week. Didn't happen. If my order was going to take over a month it would be better for your company to reach out to me and give me notice of the delay, what the delay is and a target date for when I can expect my order. I have already paid for it and have nothing to show for it.

Beautiful robe but it took several weeks for delivery. I had to return it bc I needed delivery sooner

Unfortunately, after paying $80.00 for fast delivery, because I needed the robe for my swearing in, Judicial shop delivered the wrong size and style robe. I ordered an expensive pontiff robe. The one that was delivered was a basic, cheaper style. I immediately contacted them by the only form of communication provided, email. It took weeks to get a response. In the interim, I had to purchase a very expensive robe from a local brick and mortar shop because I could not risk having no robe during my swearing in. I paid to return the robe, and still have not heard from them. I am emotional and extremely disappointed with this low level of customer service.

Measurements of the rope came wrong. No one answers the phone to try to figure out what happened or to exchange. Answered return email after 3 days. Return process takes 5-7 weeks. Very poor service.

What I purchased was exactly what I wanted. Shipping was delayed, but that could have been due to being the holidays.

Cannot reach them by phone, email, or chat. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I am happy with the robes and I got them quickly. However, I have been calling and emailing trying to get a traditional receipt that has the name and address of the business on it for me to get reimbursement. No one at Judicial Shop has ever called or emailed me back or sent me a receipt. That is unacceptable.
