Shock never worked and other settings only worked a few feet away. I contacted Jugbow and sent everything the asked for. They agreed to send a new collar and asked for my address. Now they keep asking for my order number that I've sent several times. And they do not respond anymore. They definitely do NOT stand behind the product.

We bought 1 and it quit working in 5 months. Bought another 2 for our dogs and those quit working in 5 months. Got ahold of Jawbow because all 3 were under warranty but Jawbow only replaced 1 of them. I emailed Jawbow and asked when the other 2 will come and have not heard anything from them

After an initial glitch, I was able to contact Customer Service and interact with Mia regularly. She helped me understand the difficulty I was having adjusting the collar size for a small dog. I was able to adjust it with her assistance. I like the options the collar has with sound and vibration to use in training.

I had texted them about the receiver being a little warm and they immediately sent me a new one , no questions asked. They were so friendly and acted so fast I was really amazed. Great customer service! I told some friends about the product and how happy I was with it and they purchased one also. Very happy customer.

Purchased for a puppy, Lab is very stubborn and strong. He is 8 months now. I contacted the seller about him now responding like I think he should. They got back with me quickly with solutions. Lab is doing better.

This is company is running fake giveaways on social media. They had a giveaway with 3 prizes, and only 4 people participating, one of them is a friend and myself. The giveaway ended and they did not announce any winners. If this was a real giveaway, either my friend or myself should have received a price.

I’ve been using the JUGBOW Dog Shock Collar for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. I have a medium-sized dog who’s been a bit stubborn with basic commands and leash pulling, but this collar has made a huge difference.

They said deliver I never received my shock collars it took them a minute to get back with me they finally did said they going to send me another one we will see thanks

Worked for less than a year and absolutely no customer support. Would not reply to my warranty request, so I would not recommend.

Collar stop working in 3 weeks

Collar worked for 2 weeks then stopped. Customer service won't get back to me. Would suggest to stay away from jug bow collar

The beep could be louder, but overall, the collar works great. My dog responds well, and the waterproofing holds up even during swim sessions.

My puppy is smart but doesn’t always listen. This collar changed that! The different modes allow me to train humanely, and the battery lasts a long time. Worth every penny.

The 4200FT range is no joke! I can correct my dog even when he’s exploring far from me. The beep is loud enough to get his attention, and the waterproof design makes it perfect for our adventures.

I’ve used this collar for over a month with frequent hikes, and the battery is still going strong. The signal reaches even when my dog is out of sight, and switching between training modes is seamless.
