Life changing programme

I came across the Indian body coach a few years ago when my son advised me to follow him on Instagram and this where it started. I read what he did listened to his you tube videos on nutrition and exercise. I was going through a difficult time in my life having a few health and nutrition issues I then read what they did and decided to reach out for help and guidance around health fitness and nutrition. If I am honest I have not looked back at my decision I am currently in a better place both mentally and physically with the support from Juggys team. I have educated myself around nutrition exercise and I now have a better relationship with food and exercise overall.
I would 100 percent recommend the Indian body coach it is not just a programme to follow but it is lifetime education around your own goals and objectives in relation to health fitness and wellbeing.

Finally found a sustainable fat loss approach thanks to Juggy and the Indian Body Coach team!

In the months preceding working with Juggy and his team, I was in a bad place both physically and mentally in terms of my weight. I would have short-term success on other personal trainers' extreme diets, before binging and piling on all the weight again. I approached Juggy because my binge-eating was worrying by this point and I wanted the help to intervene before further damage was done to my health. I really wanted a sustainable approach that would give me long-term results rather than another yoyo dieting plan that I'd give up on after a few weeks. With the help of Juggy and my coach Chris, we came up with a nutritional and exercise plan that worked around my studies and busy lifestyle. The nutritional plan also took into account my past binge-eating habits, allowing me to develop a better relationship with traditional 'snacks', whilst also keeping me on track towards my fat loss journey. It educated me on how snacks can be incorpated into my daily diet without having to feel guilty. That in itself was a massive win for me.

I also really appreciated the support of psychologist Reena who helped me to work through the reasons behind my binge-eating patterns. She made me realise that all foods have a role within our lives and that no specific foods are necessarily 'unhealthy'. Being mindful about the food choices we make and why we are making them is something that resonated with me.

It was also so useful not to be given a prescriptive diet to follow. Day to day, we all eat different foods. What I hated about other diet plans by other personal trainers was being told to eat the exact same food every day like a robot! My coach Chris gave me macronutrient guidance and a calorie goal from which I could decide for myself how to best meet these daily targets, receiving dietary advice (not instructions) on the best ways to go about achieving these goals. This made the process far more enjoyable and sustainable. At no point did I feel like I was truly 'dieting' in the traditional sense of the word.

Finally, rather than fixating on what the scales were showing, I realised the importance of different progress metrics. This includes body circumference measurements, progress pictures, energy levels and strength improvements. My coach Chris has encouraged me to persevere even when the scales may have indicated little to no progress and to instead focus on the other improvements I have made. His training programmes have been challenging but enjoyable, and Chris was always available to answer my questions and review videos assessing my form on different exercises.

Overall, Juggy and his team have taken a holistic approach to ensuring that I can incorporate a healthier lifestyle into my day to day routine. They have been supportive throughout and I cannot thank them enough for all the education and help that I have received! I couldn't recommend the team enough for anybody who is currently facing a similar struggle to the one I have described above.

What a team!

I found about the Indian Body coach on Instagram. Ever since my first call with juggy its been an amazing journey getting into the shape I wanted. I knew it wasn't going to be the normal run of the mill training programme. Juggy listened to my needs and constructed a plan with his dedicated team that would enable me to get into the shape of my life.
The support from the team and the other members of the group is unparalleled.
I went through a phase were things were not going to plan. I spoke to juggy and his team and worked out what was needed to be done to get me back on track.
The support you get is always there. No questions are silly questions. They will make the answers simple to understand.
Bare in mind it's not all work and no play. There have been online cooking courses and zoom classes. They cater to everyone's capabilities. Even if you are a seasoned veteran or a beginner, they will always help.
I can not thank the team enough. Not only have my aspect on life has changed, I'm also learning all the time.
If you ever want to make changes in your life. Not just body shape but mentally as well, this is the team you want you be with.
Ive not looked back since.

Best program if you want to invest in yourself !

I found the Indian body coach through instragram and Facebook, my son already had previous contact with him so he highly recommended him to me.But obviously I didn’t believe it will work.
I just expected a diet plan online and exercises to do but little did I know it was far more than just this.They actually help you look within and help sort issues you might have obviously we all think we are all ok, until someone actually makes you look within.
The team exceeded my expectations!!
Their support and service deserves 10 stars the team are very supportive and understanding, it’s never a bother to them no matter how many times you question something .They are very professional!!
I have actually found myself mentally lighter I feel brilliant inside and out and have loads more energy.I have been on a diet all my life but never got anywhere first time in my life I have actually lost weight!! Only with their support I have been able to do this!
I would highly recommend the Indian body coach to anyone that’s thinks they come first in life.You actually have to be on the program to believe it works if I be honest I didn’t believe it at first them soon realised how wrong I was!!
Go for it !!! Especially if you are ready to invest in yourself!! You will not regret it!!

The best education on your health that you will receive

I had been following Juggy for a few years before I contacted him about the 1-2-1 coaching. The thing that stood out straight away for me was the flexible and honest approach to nutrition and exercise that he had. On top of this, he spoke about the importance of other factors that I had never even considered such as resting heart rate, blood pressure and blood glucose. When I eventually was in a position to take the 1-2-1 training, I couldn’t believe how different it was compared to every other workout plan or diet plan I had followed. First and foremost, I wasn’t just given a diet plan and exercise plan just to aimlessly follow - Juggy had taken the time to speak to me about my life, my reasons for wanting to positively change and ultimately understanding my WHY/my drivers. This was so important because, effectively it was the building block to a sustainable change rather than just a 6-12 week plan that most other online coaches are offering.

What I had expected when I started with Juggy and the team would be a complete breakdown of what I needed to do to basically just lose weight. What I had gained from this experience was far more vast than I could have ever hoped for. It was breaking down every factor behind my overall health (both mental and physical) and building good, sustainable habits that would ultimately stay with me forever. I had thought that I would have a rigid program to follow over a few weeks - what I had actually received was an education on how to create sustainable, positive changes to my overall lifestyle to fit MY LIFE and not what anyone else thought I should be doing. I had received something that will stay with me forever because they gave me the tools to work around any barriers that may be in my life right now or in the future.

The biggest thing that I had in my head was that I saw all of these celebs and athletes who looked and felt amazing year round, but seemed to be able to keep their progress sustainable without sacrificing what made them happy in life. Juggy, Jyoti and the team have taught me how to make positive changes according to my goals and still enjoy my life. I can have a social meal with my wife and family every week and still be losing fat or building muscle (or whatever my goal happens to be)! This was so key for me as I have been in every type of diet plan that you can think of. Keto, Intermittent Fasting and just a rigid meal plan created by a personal trainer. The things that I learned from each of these fad diets was that I was sacrificing the foods and occasions that I held close to my heart. With Juggy, I have learned that I can have it all. I can still enjoy a social meal, go to a social occasion and go on holiday without having that overwhelming feeling of guilt or frustration that I have ruined my week’s progress. I am now much happier in my skin and mentally on this journey than I have ever been. Ultimately, I have learned that we are all human and life happens - eating plain foods isn’t the only way of achieving your goals and it certainly isn’t the sustainable way of doing it from my own experience.

The biggest breakthroughs for me on this journey with Juggy have been building habits and receiving a positive education on my lifestyle. I have significantly improved my relationship with food, I have stopped my weight from going down and then up - it now stays off! And I have learned that there is so much more going on inside you that just what you see on the scales.

I would 100% without a doubt recommend Juggy to all of my friends and family. I think anyone that I care about I would recommend him to as they will ultimately be receiving a fantastic education that will make them happier and healthier both internally and externally.

My 15 month journey with Juggy

I came across Juggy a few years back after listening to a podcast and followed his Insta account for 2 years before taking action. I found his content to be meaningful and relatable and I got to a point where I had enough with my circumstances, so I reached out.

I had an initial call with Juggy, which was Juggy finding out more about me, my circumstances and motivations. What struck me is that Juggy listened and placed himself to understand my needs rather than trying to offer his services. After the call, I got back in touch with the information provided and decided to proceed with a 121 coaching plan.

I had initially planned to have 1-2-1 coaching with Juggy for 6 months but I continued for 15 months because I saw the value in having Juggy as a coach to help me grow and develop.

I expected to receive a training and nutrition plan with a weekly check in but it was much more than that.

The guidance on nutrition did not restrict me of foods and, more importantly, it allowed me to have a better relationship with food and to be better educated about different types of foods, calories, nutrition and so forth.

I also learned strategies to help manage obstacles and upcoming social events so that I could stick to my plan with little deviation, which was only possible with the on-going communication I had with Juggy.

Likewise, the training plan was tailored to fit around my lifestyle and adjusted according to the type of activities I liked to perform and to take injuries into consideration.

The weekly call was not just to review how the week went but was to also understand what is working, what is not working, what can be improved and what the coming weeks look like so that we could plan ahead together. It also allowed Juggy to identify if there were any areas I was struggling with so he could put his coaching to use or refer me to one of his in-house specialists.

Outside of the weekly call, Juggy was always accessible via Whatsapp and would get back to me whenever he could. Juggy would often reach out to see how I was getting on even if I didn't reach out to him.

Aside from the physical aspects, Juggy did place an equal amount of focus on strategies to help identify and improve areas of mental well-being (such as stress, emotional triggers, etc) and physiological well-being (such as resting heart rate, blood pressure). A more holistic approach to health and well-being.

On my journey with Juggy, I was able to drop 30kg in weight, get down to my goal of 34inch waist (from 45inch) and 40inch chest (from 48 inch) and get my resting heart rate down to approx 55 bpm. I am better educated about food, different types of work out and more importantly how to better manage manage stress, obstacles that life my throw up and social events.

Although, the external transformation is the visible outcome of the result of the coaching I had with Juggy, I cannot stress that the biggest achievement for me has been inwards. With small, consistent and sustainable steps, I have pushed beyond my own perceived capabilities and re-built my confidence and self-belief, which has given me the drive to pursue my dreams and ambitions, as I know I am capable of more than what I thought I am capable of. Furthermore, I have gained knowledge, which I can pass on to others to help them improve their lifestyle and well-being.

The coaching aside, Juggy has built a community of people that are working towards the similar goals. The community is a safe space where you can share your struggles and successes without judgement, as everyone in the community can relate and offer their motivation, hints and tips to help others get through their journey.

I would highly recommend Juggy as a coach to anyone that is looking to improve their health and well being. It is not just a training and nutrition plan that is left with you to deal with. Juggy provides a holistic approach that gives you the tools to make it an achievable and sustainable lifestyle change that will benefit not just you but your loved ones too. No longer binge eating!

I found Juggy through Instagram and after watching his content for some time I thought I’d reach out and just ‘see what happens’. There wasn’t a massive expectation to start with but I chose Juggy because no food was off limits in his diary and being of south Asian origin with a family who is always Centring life around food it felt like the right place to begin a new journey. I thought I tried everything until Juggy said well you haven’t tried this yet so you have a tried everything. He was right. I’d been binge eating and distorted with my food choices for most of my adult life with disordered eating at the forefront. Coaching is personal and one on one with support all the time, I was so surprised as to how on point Juggy was with every element of my journey. It became about nourishment instead of a food plan and exercise became about movement. I can safely say I don’t binge and if ever the opportunity with it arises I am in control. Something I’ve never felt around health and fitness especially on the nutrition front! Not only were expectations exceeded but a new level of learning and exploration arose. I’d recommend this to anyone just struggling with finding a place to start and feeling like they’ve tried all the ‘diets’.

Fab Coach

I came across Juggy's page early 2020 and had one-to-one call in November 2020. Juggy is one of the most humble gent I have met virtually - his expertise & valuable knowledge is inspiring and he'll definitely will be able to help you to take you to where you need to go in life as well your own goals.

Following a 1-2-1 call with Juggy & a re-direction in life itself, I have continue to follow his Open Community Group especially during last several lockdowns with his Saturday cooking sessions, health tips & Workout Wednesdays.

Over last 6 weeks, I have been able to attend his Facebook cooking lives session on Saturday with The Vegetarian Chef - it has become a highlight for myself and my parents to follow weekly and learn new techniques and how to make your food healthier with no impact on taste. We've been truly spoilt by the menu. The classes are so easy to follow and I've learned few methods and processes along the process - and the team gives you an opportunity to ask questions in a warm environment.

I look forward to seeing more live cooking sessions - a special thanks to both Juggy & Jay for going out of their way to host this platform for us and sharing their expertise.

Tasty veg meals with The Vegetarian Chef

The live cooking show with Juggy and Jay the Vegetarian Chef are brilliant. I’ve joined on two live shows now, first one was Veg bolognaise and most recent tofu bites and veg fried brown rice. These are staple dishes in my house for my family, however it is nice to learn a different method of cooking these dishes with explanations from Jay as to why he chooses certain methods and processes. Juggy also makes the live cooking comfortable in being able to ask questions and gives people the opportunity to speak to the Chef too. Look forward to some more live cooking!!

Week 3 cooking live…

I have a 15 year old that has been bugging me for a long time now to not only eat more healthily but to have more vegetarian meals in our lifestyle as we are chicken/meat eaters! Being a full time working mother I must admit I don’t get out of my comfort zone because I don’t want to cook anything that the children aren’t interested in eating as time is so valuable to re-cook more meals. Plus hubby eats too many mixed grills! Your cooking lives are so valuable and I must admit although it was my son who started following you - I get more excited to go and purchase the ingredients and do the lives together with him. We really enjoy doing them together and it’s become something we do together (mother and son time). Some of the items we have been asked to purchase have been an eye opener and I honestly look forward to the cooking lives! Thank you so much for organising them and offering them for free too which is an additional bonus. My husband loved the paneer pizza, children loved the spaghetti and today I loved the brownies. We just need to work on switching our video on but not that brave yet! Sorry!

I want to thank Jay and Juggy for…

I want to thank Jay and Juggy for organising and putting on the live cook alongs! Jay is both meticulous and patient which is great for anyone who isn’t used to being in the kitchen! I especially love the hints and tips as we go through the cooking process. Juggy on the other hand is a great MC with his little nutritional snippets throughout the entire class! The energy they both bring is a breath of fresh air and it’s turning into one of my highlights of the week with something to look forward to whilst we’re in lockdown! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do something different and learn how you can make guilt free, tasty meals 🙌🏽 looking forward to week 3!

Live Cooking Show Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

It was amazing to join Juggy, who is always there to share his vast knowledge about nutrition, along with Jay (The Vegetarian Chef) for a live session to cook delicious Black Bean Spaghetti Pasta. The session was amazingly organised where in we not only came together to cook some amazing food but also at each point of time got to know about the nutritional values and the do’s and don’ts. Kudos to Jay’s handholding to make yum meal and to Juggy being a great nutrition guru!

Just watched the Live Cooking Show Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese. It was brilliant, not only watching Jay - The Vegetarian Chef, but also everyone that participated. It was easy to follow and the interaction was good. Being live, it was lovely watching how everyone could adapt, as the recipe seem very versatile and both Juggy and Jay had alot of useful tips! The honey, spoon and oil tip was my favourite. Thanks guys look forward to making the spaghetti and chocolate avocado mousse.

Live cooking show Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

2nd live session done with Juggy and Jay. Never made Spaghetti bolognese before and what can I say tasted amazing. Very healthy too loads of protein. I'll definitely be making this again.
Many thanks for having me on board....cant wait to taste the healthy desert after....love my deserts after my meal and knowing its healthy is added bonus.
