Poor Service

Made two orders with them and everything was in stock. A few days later the order status was marked as "refused". No additional information was provided. Contacted them to determine why and they failed to respond to my email. These were my first orders with this company and therefore I cannot recommend them. Also, as part of the order process it advises that items will take 2-3 weeks to deliver which would have influenced my decision to avoid purchasing from them. They seriously need to up their customer service if they are to compete with the many other great online Asian clothing companies.
