Absolutely dreadful company, do not reply to emails for exchanging unsuitable product, avoid.

I am now regular shopper on Juhi after trying them for 4 months. They have great customer service, I bought kojic acid cream and soaps from them and as claimed got genuine products. I also bought their Truelove harness for my pup and it fits so well, while buying I contacted the customer service for help and they addressed my queries very patiently. Overall experience with the store has been really good I don't usually write reviews but writing it as they deserve 5 stars.

I tend to air on the optimistic side when I see bad reviews. But in this case, believe them.
I'd strongly urge people to take their money elsewhere because in the off chance you may want to return what you bought, oh boy are you in for a bad time.
Purchased a couple onesies, changed my mind about wanting them. Only then was I told that the package was on the way and given a tracking number.
Waited for the arrival of the package as I had read I have a week within receipt to request a return and refund. So as soon as I received it on the 30th of November, almost a full week later than expected, I emailed again to request a return address to get it back to them and refunded. I'm within my week grace period to request a refund even if it had arrived on time.
The following day I was asked, "what was wrong" with the order and to provide pictures. I provided pictures of the untouched package, as it was received and stated that nothing was wrong, I just didn't want them. Perfectly reasonable, and to my knowledge nothing WAS wrong with them, who knows in reality but I wasn't going to open it to find out.
Radio silence.
I followed up, still nothing.
NOW I believe the bad reviews I had read here and went about returning the package to the return address that was written on the package and dispute the order.
Come Christmas Day, I get an email requesting a resolution to this dispute and given a LOT of nonsense about it being against their policy to return such products. You'd think that'd be stated on the product page, FAQ, T&Cs, Returns and Refunds policies, etc but no, this was never mentioned. Nor even in the email communications I had before they went silent. Not to mention, completely contradicting their own website where they said refunds would be issued as long as products are unused and such. Which, given my picture of the product being in it's existing packaging (and still is to this day I imagine), should be perfectly acceptable.
I was then told, "the request was not approved as the items were delivered exactly as ordered within the specified timeframe." Not that they bothered to tell me and that *I* then did not communicate with them until the dispute was filed. Which is categorically false.
I was then however given a return address and told I'd be given a refund. So I just have to send the package back to... China! Of course! A location that'd cost me half my original purchase to send the package back to. And interestingly NOT the return address that was on the package received.
Well by this point, the package is out of my hands, back at the UK address I had courtesy of the original packaging. And looking at my bank, I've got my refund via the dispute so all is done in my eyes.
I won't be returning to the "small business" Juhi.co.uk, operating from India with a warehouse in China.

I bought the retractable lead from this store! The store customer helpline was so helpful they helped me with a selection of leads. Also When I received the retractable lead quality was really solid, I used it daily for my Golden retriever who loves walking! I would recommend buying from them.

I purchased a product that was damaged on arrival.
They offered to refund all if I paid to return it (to a non-uk address) or a partial refund but I could keep it.

They refused to cover the postage after I pointed out that if the item is damaged they must cover postage.

Because they are not a UK based company I decided I didn't want the hassle of officially fighting it. I accepted their offer of a 75% refund and I did not have to post it.

I gave them a bad review on Trustpilot instead.

However, the refund didn't appear and when I questioned it, this was their reply:

" Dear sir/madam,
We forwarded your final settlement request of 75% of refund to our team on 2nd September.
The team has notified us that you have added some reviews online where while we are trying to help you to resolve this case faster, but instead there is negative feedback regarding the store without mentioning the positive efforts taken to resolve your case. Thus refund was kept on halt. We request you to please co-operate with us and remove the negative review, as we are trying our best to get you the refunds with minimum inconvenience.
I am fast forwarding your case again, our team will check the details and will refund you 75% amount.
Thank you!"

I removed the review. They refunded 75% of the money.

I bought the cooling mat for my dog as you know the heat wave was so intense this summer!
The mat was in good condition got it in almost 6 days, and the cooling effect was without freezing the mat. Surprisingly I don't how but my puppy loved it so much that it used to carry the mat and sleep on it outdoors as well as indoors. Loved it for the quality. Will try out the double-ended leash they have and will update maybe!
Overall got a very good quality mat for my dog!

I don't usually write reviews but I loved the No pull Harness and Retractable leash so much thus writing it here as this store deserves it.
So I bought the No-pull harness and a retractable leash from Juhi around a month ago. The leash was of 8m 50kg strength, I have used 2-3 leashes previously and was not expecting much extra but the leash is so strong and feels bulky in hand thus has a good grip. My Lab is a puller and when I use Harness & leash it, works magically. Now I enjoy walks without pulls and painful wrists. The quality of the harness is very premium and looks worth more than I paid. The leash has good strength and after 1 month of usage of both, I am ordering 1 more leash for my friend's dog.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I’d give no stars if I could. Placed an order, money taken but then nothing. No response to email or contact form. Address shows as UK company, but phone number now in India (it wasn’t when I placed my order).
