Great product great value great service arrived within 3 days it was a present for my daughter and she loves it ! Having been to juicy oasis it was the number one place to go to when purchasing this blender she absolutely rates it !

So I required spares for my cold press juicer, they no more longer carried however a good solution was provided and arrived within a couple of days.

Our Juice Master Super Blend Jug blades started to cease (after a few years of constant use) and after sending photos and a video, Juice Master provided a no quibbles replacement. Great customer service.

As a machine it’s possibly good but for me a total mistake in buying not hardly used at all for the great price as ought to have bought a juicer instead much needed product so the machine I bought is very idle taking up vital space hence giving lower star from me 🙏🏼

My problem was resolved very swiftly and to my satisfaction.

Cos Jason Vale is the best simple

I had a bad fall at the Turkish resort due to very poor lightning in the dark and a wet floor next to the sauna (I couldn’t see the wet floor). I had a serious fall involving a bash to my head on a stone pillar. Apparently it was my fault!!! This company is ONLY ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN MAKE FROM YOU. Guest care does not come into it as long as Jason Vale can make as much money out of everything and he has always been this way since he started 20 years ago. There are better retreats. Go to them.

Excellent blender. 6 year warrenty . Excellent, I blend a lot and they die often. So hoping this one will last the course. Works well so far.

It’s not a juicer it’s a blender

I bought a cold press juicer for £250 in August 2022. In 2023 I emailed to say it was sticking and almost impossible to separate to clean after use. Even my husband couldn't separate it and it sometimes took hours for us to get it apart (leaving it to dry out). I was told sorry don't know why, suggest you clean it underneath. A few months ago it started leaking all over the sides so I was constantly cleaning up as I juiced, and last week it died completely after the top of the blade went through the plastic, it was rubbing away at the hard plastic it's rotating nubbin sat in and rotated around, and it ground to a halt leaving a burning plastic smell. I emailed about 10 days ago telling them what a disaster it had been and that for £250 I expected it to last longer than 18 months (my cheaper versions lasted longer than this) and I have not had a reply. Poor quality product, poor customer service, won't buy again. It's now in landfill. I am an inventor, designer, and entrepreneur of a baby product myself and my focus in 10 years of development was/has been to ensure I make a product which lasts. This has been very disappointing indeed.

Back from an amazing week at Juicy Oasis, beautiful place, even in the rain (although a few days of sun during the week made it even better!) lots of activities but you can do as much or as little (I was more on the little side of little!) without feeling pressured to join - although Jason himself talked me into 80’s spin which was a very good shout! The juices are amazing and other than a bit of psychological hunger, I didn’t feel hungry at all. I went more for well-being than weight loss, and I don’t own scales (but am carrying a bit more timber than I’d like!) however I have dropped a dress size and am fitting into clothes I haven’t worn for ages.

I am still juicing away at home, and looking up local yoga classes as Murads brilliant classes have whetted my appetite again after not doing yoga for years. Jo and Gemma were also fab and super approachable. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

I ordered some replacement parts for my juicer and they were delivered in 3 working days. Great service meaning I can carry on juicing every day of the week. My cold press juicer is in use most days of the week. Best thing I ever purchased.
