First of all you had the pistachio kitchen aid kettle - no one else I could find had, so it is nice to get it again after a long time of not being available....we have been thru a fair few KA kettles over the 20+ years ....and at good rice. The turnaround was Superperb and no delivery extras

What a great company Juicers are. I have bought a Caso HW770 hot water dispenser and a Magimix toaster from them. The price was very favourable over other well known companies and free delivery was the very next day. Well done Juicers. I can honestly recommend this company for your kitchen appliances.

32 emails later and no they won't give us a refund, we bought 2 of these, so it was pretty obvious that one didnt work anywhere near as well as the other after a few months use.

This Bamix was bought as a gift but I have had one for 20 years. I can’t recommend this product highly enough. It has been used by everyone for everything from smoothies, mayonnaise and soups to chopping nuts and making spice mixes.

Great product, super fast delivery

I was searching spare parts for Hurom H300 for replacements. It was noted that UK price is 10+ times of Europe price. For example extraction packing - Hurom Europe just sold for Eur 1.12 however UK price is GBP13.95. Not just this example but most of the spare parts. I do not understand why such a huge price gap between countries. It's ridiculous that UK seller overprice their spare parts.

Bought a Vitamix from the company. When we opened it, we found 2 long scratches on the plastic jug part of the blender. We wrote to the company and they replied they couldn’t do anything about it as we didn’t flag it to them within 24 hours of delivery! So beware of this unknown condition. Terrible after sales service. Very disappointing.
