Super Fraud company . No one is vailable to take call , email is getting bounced . Dont know whom to speak . Directors should be behind the bars due to such fraudulent activities .

Total fraud be aware in last three years they hadn't attend now asking for money to renew total fraud

Do not trust them they are fraud I have taken the membership for 10 years and gave rupess 160000 and then they changed their hotel to a very small hotel and the hotel which they was having they named it ginger they are the biggest cheater. At that their was one girl whose name was Bindu and she told us many positive points about it and I came to their rubbish talk. And paid 160000. I can explain then in one word (cheater's) very disappoint with them. Give are money back else give the promised facilities.(cheater's)

They are cheater so don't trust them i have paid 80000/- in march'17 but service zero and also refund not received .

Sale of membership plan ( 50k - lkhs ) based on tum apna kitna katwa sakte ho.

Service: Zero. i.e. Bluff .. no service at all
Cost of 2 page of papers = 50K to Lakhs
Does they respond to call = never
Does they book at all - NO - same happen with hundreds of customer I know. ( Planning to move to media/ court / forums)

On 08.05.2018, I paid Rs 65,000 towards Purchase of Journeys Resorts Pvt Ltd (JRPL) Membership ID 129260 / Traveller ID 213373 and signed an Agreement. The Agreement has the following violations : (1) While Signing the Agreement, I was trying to read it. Then I was told that a copy of the Agreement shall be provided to me. They have provided a unsigned copy. Further, the unsigned copy provided is not having all the pages of the Agreement. Unsigned copy is nothing but a draft copy. (2) Before signing the Agreement, a verbal & promises/ assurance was made that Annual Facilitation Fee (AFF) of Rs 5000 /yr shall be waived-off. But it is not mentioned anywhere in the Agreement. Further, it was told that AFF shall be applicable only for the year of use, not for each & every years. While as per the Agreement, it is applicable/ payable for each & every yrs. (3) A verbal & promises/ assurance was made that the Interest charges on EMI shall be refunded to me. Accordingly I had opted for 12 months EMI plan. But in the Draft Agreement, 24 months is mentions without any mention about Refund. ( 4) I was not explained about my Holiday Plan ie "Mini Membership" as mentioned in the Agreement. During the presentation, nothing was explained about "colour of season" size of room etc and process for changing season & room etc. (5) As per the Agreement, Dial An Exchange (DAE) is for a specified period of one yr. subsequently, necessary consideration for renewal of DAE shall be paid. It was not told during the presentation. Therefore, as per the Clause no. 8.1 of the Agreement (ie Withdrawal of application for refund), Kindly direct JRPL to withdraw my application & refund full amount ie Rs 65,000

We received a call to attend an event from Jukaso Journeys at Ginger Hotel, sector 14 Gurgaon.
We went there and they tried to sell their membership. We denied it completely. But they were forcing us to buy and keep asking why are we NOT buying. We convinced them and finally they offered us a one time package saying that you can check our property using this package and if you like it, you can buy our complete membership later on.
They booked 4 nights 5 days package. They charged us Rs. 15000 and gave us an agreement that says Settlement package - 15000.
Their representative told us Settlement package means that you can use this package anytime in 5 years without restrictions. And said that in case you wish to get a complete membership, pay for rest membership amount (Rs. 80000) anytime in 5 years but you can use the settlement package anytime in 5 years.

Now when we asked to book their resort anywhere in India, they simply deny us by saying that you have to pay Rs. 80000 first for the complete membership.
They clearly sold us this package with fraud intentions, and no where mentioned that Rs. 15000 is without restrictions. Only mentioned Settlement Package in the agreement attached and explained to us that this means without restrictions.
They left the rest amount on our will but now they are denying that fact.

Yes, I agree with customers, This Jukaso journeys make fools to everyone while taking membership.
I am also customer of Jukaso Journeys. I also surrendering my membership, but there is no reply from juckaso. Now , I am planning for going for legal action . And I also inviting the members those are not satisfy with juckaso. Kindly contact me (only members), if you want.

It was my business visit to Udaipur and due to my work I have to stay there for 2 weeks and as I am the member of Jukaso Journey so I booked Sai Palace Udaipur and my experience was awesome. The staffs were very good and the food was very delicious there. I stayed there for 2 weeks and I was very much comfortable there. There was a beautiful pool to get relaxed in your trip and I feel very comfortable there that's why I writing this Jukaso Journey Reviews. Highly recommended to those who want to visit Udaipur no matter whether office meetings or family trip.

location of the property is very good. Staff is very helpful. Room is very good as well as clean. food quality and quantity are good. I highly recommend for the family vacation purpose. I will go for Jukaso for next time

They are big fraud Company, I was called in Jukaso Inn at Sundar Nagar, Delhi on 26 Feb, 2018 and was charged Rs. 48,000 on pretext of following offers:

1. Membership for 3 years of Jukaso and complimentary DAE membership for a one time sum of Rs. 48,000/- (inclusive of AMC).

2. Annually free invitation for 5-6 events will be sent to me for whole family, wherein food and stay for that night will be included therein.

3. In a year, total 4 nights being offered to me, I can bring 4 Adults and 2 kids for stay.

4. During stay, pick and drop facility, sight-seeing, 24*7 cheff availability, Spa access, nanny for child, GYM and other such things which would be free of cost and food will be free of cost

5. Air tickets will be fee of cost for 4 persons in a year..

6. Also, nights can be pre-availed and extension of membership of 3 years will be given.

7. In all Jukaso resorts/inns, banquets will be offered free for no restriction of number of bookings and food will be free of cost.

8. At non-Jukaso banquets/hotels 30% discount will be given on behalf of Jukaso membership at my final negotiated price.

Agreement given to me after payment was different with above. So, they assured me that I would be confirmed about all above offers on telephone and then only membership would get confirmed. Otherwise, it can be cancelled and whole amount will be given back to me. But, on telephone they deny all offers and refused to pay my sum back as well.

An awesome property where adequate space is open for lead of such events. The hotel has open rooms and gives varied cooking styles to the guests. Staff is uncommonly responsive and charitable. Despite the thin garage to the entrance,all distinctive workplaces are remarkable. Jukaso Journeys arranged in an exceptional place if one needs to stay in the area for business or some other movement, even unwinding what's more, I revere the Jukaso Journeys Reviews .

Great Room climate n exceptionally Cooperative staff. Rooms are huge and extensive. Staff is over benevolent and influence you to feel like home. Sustenance is additionally great. Jukaso Journey Reviews for Blue membership.
It has been 1 opting Blue Membership from Jukaso Journeys. I visited 2 places Jim Corbett and Dharamshala. I found the Jukaso journeys services and Hospitality were good (not awesome). But compare to pricing it was the best value for money. I din't need to pay a single rupees for sight seeing, food, room, spa, pool etc. Both trips were 100% cashless.

I bought journeys by jukasso 25 year blue membership in Dec 2015. Offers given to me with membership included:-
1. 7 nights & 8 days after paying 4 months of EMI.
2. Rs 10000 Samsung voucher
After payment of 4 EMI when i called Jukasso for both above they told they will call back, send across email. The person named Amit who sold the programme to me had vanished in thin air by now, neither available on phone or whatsapp. I send emails & multiple reminders for weeks. Finally they told that Samsung voucher can not be provided & they will adjust it with EMI. In the mean time when i talked to DAE executive for 1 week complimentary holiday they told that they have never given such offer to any company so talk to jukasso how they are giving this offer in name of DAE.
I decided to stop paying EMI until i avail one complimentary holiday offered by jukasso in jukasso resort. However inspite of putting multiple mails & calls i could not complete the booking. Unfortunately i had paid 85, 000 by the time i realised jukasso is incapable of providing any of the services i paid for. I am proceeding with legal procedure against the firm & i am writing this to make sure no one gets trapped in this like me.
