Nice jewelry and exceptional customer experience
JUKSEREI offers exceptional customer experience - very nice and neat packaging with a personal touch.
The quality is really amazing. If quality is not as expected the customer service does its utmost to make its valuable customers satisfied.
Once, my parcel did not arrive and the customer service tried to resent it, realizing that most of jewelry was already sold out. It made special offers on top. Now, the ring I orders broke when I tried it on and it was replaced immediately following a personal email conversation.
Whenever in contact with the customer service, I feel like a valuable and close friend. Pretty nice :)

Excellent customer service
Ordered a necklace which was shorter than advertised. Friendly and responsive mail contact. Production errors can happen. A new necklace with correct length was sent and I could return the one received with shipping cost credited. Very happy with how the matter was handled. A bit of patience was needed as the process took some time, but I find that is quite a good thing in this time and age.

AVE HOOPS new sending
I Bought a pair of AVE Hoops 1 1/2 years ago, and the earing broke Or the pin feel off. I messaged Jukserei, upon a request to buy another AVE Hoops (Not a pair because the other earring is fine). Their customer service were so Nice to sent me one AVE Hoops free of charge instead.

Doesn't meet my expectations
I've ordered twice from the brand and both times I end up returning items. First time because I was surprices to see the gold plating is too yellowish and it didn't fit my brown hair with light skin tone, second time because I was sent the wrong items.
I'm not impressed by the service.
