I bought a dress from Charlie Suede. It was rubbish and poor quality. Nothing like the picture and was shipped from china. I’m trying to get my money back and losing hope that will ever happen but when they sent me some correspondence it had Julia Moro on it. Obviously these scammers are doing the same thing under lots of company names. Please beware. This is a scam.

joliaa.com is Chinese beggars own who are homeless and have nothing in their lives so scamming people money around the world. This beggars Chinese never refunds you, and will send you trash. Do not buy anything or do not waste your money, your time for these beggars. Their customer teams are also useless and they all are beggars. joliaa.com is the most disgusting online shop.

Absolute scammers!

These were trading under a counterfeit site called 'CostCo Wholesale' I bought 2 products, no order confirmation came and over a month later no product.

They sold under a moody domain name: gcwwnp.shop

The payment showed as being paid direct to them so looked legit, however my bank is now fully investigating.

So they host fake ecommerce websites, payments go into this business we are reviewing so they look credible. Once they have made sufficient sales the counterfeit/fake website will be moved to a new domain name. Its an easy turnaround for a scammer.

Whatever you do, DO NOT engage with these in any way.

They lost lost my package and when I tried to contact them about it, they did not respond until months later and then just to tell me they can’t refund me or resend me the package. DO NOT PURCHASE. Scam

Really bad customer service…been trying to return a parcel all week and have contacted 3/4 different emails with no response from any.

I ordered from this company before reading any reviews..... I wish I had. Customer service is non-existent; There are no refunds if the item is discounted in any way (The site is perpetually at 50% off) and returns are at your own expense to ship back. The shipping comes from China and took about 3 weeks to arrive, and it didn't even arrive at the address I requested it for (used my PayPal address, luckily I happened to be here for Thanksgiving).

The skirt itself, however, is not that bad. I would rate it a 3/5 to be completely honest. It is SUPER short, but the waistband is lacking and was pretty high rise on me. I have a short body so would likely be mid rise on others-- yet it was marketed as a Danielle Guizio dupe (They used pictures from Guizio on their website!!). It is a swimsuit type material, again, not bad. But the stitching is poor and cheap. I think on a different person it might look better, I got an XS and the skirt measures about 13" across in width and 11" inches length, very stretchy though.

Overall, don't buy it. Save yourself the stress and money.

AWFUL QAULITY AND NO REFUNDS

They sent the incorrect item and have been giving me the run around about sending the correct item. Based on other reviews I think they do this intentionally. The site is a disaster and I believe it to be a scam.

This company is giving free earrings + free shipping for orders above certain dollars. excited for new dress.

Please do not order from this site. Not only have they displayed false advertisement but have completely sparked my distrust in small business’s.

I initially ordered a dress, after a month of delivery time, I received the wrong item. After having to prove eligibility for returns, I then asked could I have the correct item sent.

They failed to do this and over two months later I still have not received the initial dress I ordered.

It has been almost impossible to get through to a customer service admin. After eventually receiving emails back, they have advised me I must send the original dress back in order to receive a refund.

Failing to mention I have to pay for postage which will be a minimum cost of £17! Almost the cost of the dress itself.

I have experienced nothing but sever hassle and inconvenience, it should not be a gamble whether you receive a reply back from a company regarding your item.

This company is deceitful. Nothing but a scam.

Please do not order - this site is a scam. They steal peoples images and videos from social media. The items are not the same, really poor quality. I requested a refund but nothing. I've reported to my bank

If I could give 0 stars for this “brand” I would. They claim that their brand is an Italian company, and the re shipment location is to a little house in America!

First of all, the shipment time was ridiculous it took over a month for me to receive.

Second of all, the dresses on the website were stunning however when I got them they were just had quality, they were completely different dresses and the worst, tacky quality, I’ve ever seen in my LIFE.

Third, their clothes are not true to size.

Fourth, the company takes a long time to get back to emails, no apologies, nothing.

Lastly! They ask you to PAY for your shipping back to the scam of a “warehouse” which is £40+ to send back and they state they don’t pay for the shipping costs, that’s almost half of the price that I’ve ordered.

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking service, products and interactions I’ve had from this “brand” DO NOT ORDER FROM IT WHATEVER YOU DO. It’s disgusting what they are doing, I just wanted to order nice holiday clothes and ended up with an absolutely nightmare from a horrible company which does not help or give any valid advice. They are an absolute joke, and will rip you out of money. Biggest online scam I’ve seen I’m so upset with the way this is being handled. The return policy is also a 5 day one which is an even bigger joke! You actually can’t make up how big of a scam this company is.

I had a feeling it was a scam, but decide to give it a go because it looked legit and the price was good. But the more I was googling the name, trying to find it on social media, the more i realized that my initial instincts were correct. Thank god it didn't cost me more than 100$ , because once the dress finally arrived I had no choice but to laugh! You gotta give it to them ! they really are good with their scam ! hahah The dress is SO CHEAAAAP and NOTHING like the picture at all , I really couldn't stop laughing and I truly wish I could post a picture. You are better off buying from TEMU or Amazon you will get nicer stuff ! All the good reviews are clearly them , trying to make you believe this is real but it is NOT. Don't waste your time and do not buy from this website and give them your hard earned money

The materials, colors and textures from this company are nothing like what they are advertised. The company has nobody efficient helping in answering to emails, returns/ refunds and honestly isn’t a great business. I WOULD NOT recommend

I received my order and none of the items arrived as advertised. The quality is cheap, tattered and the seams are falling apart. I requested a refund and to return both items. No response. I strongly encourage you not to buy from this website.

While looking for a wedding guest dress I fell in love with one from Sid Neigum but didn’t love the price! Whilst on TikTok Julia Moro popped up, selling the exact dress! I knew it would be too good to be true but have been surprised in the past at how well fast fashion can copy high end designers. The dress arrived today and it’s safe to say, i took the risk and lost. The dress from Julia Moro is nothing like the pictures. The colour, the design, everything is completely different. This dress is cheaply made in China. To anyone reading this - please do not order from this website - you will be disappointed!
