Quick and effective communication and delivery. Great quality. I ordered a chair previously and loved the quality then ordered footstool to match.

I love my green Darcy chair! It arrived very quickly, I left notes on my order and was contacted by the team immediately which helped in getting the chair to me on time.

Unbelievably good service! Buying furniture on-line is a nightmare with very little service offered on important things like fabric swatches etc. I came across Julian Joseph on another site, but decided to go direct to the firm for more information. Within the space of 4 days, I had asked for and received swatches, ordered two large armchairs on-line and taken delivery of them. Even when there was a small problem, it was dealt with immediately and successfully.....sign of a company that really understands service. I shall return.

The chair and the footstool I bought are comfortable and of good quality. Delivery of the chair was not straight forward as the delivery company did not turn when they promised but turned up randomly when we were not around. All is forgiven however as the chair is just amazing and customer support was very responsive too!

I absolutely love my new emerald Darcy chair and footstool. The quality,look and feel of the chair is stunning! I had an issue with delivery due solely to the courier. However I cannot fault the customer service from Julian Joseph.There was great communication throughout sorting the issue so a special thank you to Louise. I really hope you will consider in future changing the courier or giving customers an option to pay more for the use of a different courier service. Ultimately I'm extremely happy with my new chair and footstool so thank you very much!😊

The Darcy Burnt Orange Velvet Swivel chair is quite simply one of the sexiest pieces of furniture I have ever seen. The quality of the velvet is beautiful, the movement of the swivel is just right and everything about it is just wonderful.
The product exceeded expectations and based on that alone it would be a 6 out of 5...
I am only rating a 4 out of 5 as once I had purchased the chair I didn't receive an order confirmation until 5 days after my purchase when I chased customer service. Also the carrier used, dumped the box outside my flat on a rainy day and drove off before we had even acknowledged it, as I live on the second floor it would have useful to have a helping hand! Alas, me and my other half had to struggle with it up to the flat (it is perfect now it is in though!).

Beautiful furniture, easy to assemble. Far better quality than other similar items I've seen in shops and well worth the slightly higher price point (the £50 discount for spending over £300 on the website certainly helped) Good communication throughout the order process and my note to delay shipping until I'd moved house was followed up immediately by a friendly human viabemail. The item arrived a couple of days after we moved in, as requested.
