excellent fast service and beautiful item

This is the first time I have purchased from Julian Road and I cannot fault their sevice. Prompt and efficient and also replying to my quiery by return.
But above all, the jacket I've bought is beautifly taylored and the fabric is of a high quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

I looked around for women's waistcoat and this is the best option I find. The waistcoat is very well-tailored to define body shape, and I really like the slanted edge and pocket. It's very thin and light, good for styling but I don't think it adds to warmth.

Thank you very much for the beautiful Nehru waistcoat. It fits me perfectly and the tailoring is excellent. I love the design and have already worn this over light jumpers. the pockets are great and I see myself being able to wear it all year, in the summer as a sleeveless jacket and in the winter as a very smart extra layer.

Very surprised and disappointed at the chaotic and shambolic online ordering service I received recently. Ordered 2 items online 3 weeks before Christmas as gifts received confirmation email of my order but after 2 weeks order had still not arrived. Contacted shop directly by phone to be told they didn't have a tracking number for the items as they don't send anything tracked its not worth their while financially to do so apparently? Odd I thought ? Assured me they had been posted but couldn't provide any proof they had been?? Not believable in any way. I suspect in reality they hadn't been posted at all because the lady I spoke to who claimed to be the owner seemed very nervous as if she knew she hadn't posted them and was just digging a deeper hole by saying they send nothing tracked! Anyway agreed to send replacement order. Order arrived promptly next day but they were the wrong items, so again I rang the owner to explain who inexplicably said '' oh I know its the wrong item but we don't have the ones you originally ordered we have sold out so I just sent something else instead in a different colour.'' Ridiculous beyond words. Didn't want that one and didn't like it. She then told to send it back at my own postal expense. Have you ever heard anything so shambolic? Was by now Christmas eve and as they were for gifts it was all too late.
I gave up. Couldn't be bothered with this unprofessional chaotic business any more. Dishonest owner she knew she hadn't posted my original order but lied about it.Avoid.

Had to substitute the color but, so far, the service has been conducted well. The scarf is coming via overseas mail. Might even arrive before Christmas with a bit of Canada Post effort.
I shall be ordering other items soon.

Well so far it is not good… ordered on the 11th of November and nothing have arrived yet…. 21 days ago today…
