I ordered a jacket from this company. Days before it was due to be delivered they cancelled the order without any explanation and promised me a refund of money paid. The refund did not arrive so when I questioned it they told me that there had been problems with bank transfers but these were now sorted ..to date the refund has not arrived despite my several reminders to them which is very disappointing and means I may have to escalate matters to a complaint to the CPO and even court proceedings to recover less than 100 euros. Very disappointed ..this is the latest response from them which demonstrates financial instability......I advise anybody dealing with them NOT TO MAKE ANY PAYMENTS TO THEM...

Your order #17680 had to be cancelled because of a technical issue with our payment platform, and because of that same issue your refund has not been completed yet. Your full refund of €59.95 is registered and in process, and it will be returned to your original payment method. We cannot give you an exact date, but we are working to complete it as soon as possible, and we will write to you personally as soon as it has been made.
We also apologise for the confusion caused by the promotional email you received today: your refund has not been completed yet.

2nd November and still no refund...we are talking about 60 euros here which is being unlawfully withheld from me ...JR cancelled the order weeks ago but will not refund my money ....I am being forced to make a complaint to the CPO and issue court proceedings to recover 50 euros plus costs of around 1500 euros according to my lawyers
here we are 3rd November and still no refund...all indications of a company in severe financial difficulties ...PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY ..IN THE CASE OF PROBLEMS YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
4th ~November refund promised but no sign of it...now been promised for over 3 weeks...just under 60 euros ....this is extremely worrying as to the financial viability of this company...do not pay them any money ....
