I have been purchasing hobby master models from jumblies models for a few years and are a genuine decent business. I do not purchase from anyone else. Communication and service is excellent.

Ignore the negative reviews, as other reviewers have said it appears that others haven't understood the pre-ordering process. I have made multiple pre-order purchases with Jumblies and all of them have been absolutely flawless. Email communications have always been excellent and prompt. Highly recommended.

Don't read the bad reviews here. People don't understand pre-order. At pre-order stage there is never a firm date. If you want a set date DO NOT pre-order!!! Toni is a super chap and I've only ever had perfect experience with him and Jumblies. I cancelled a pre order once and Toni happily moved my deposit to another model. 5 STAR service.

I payed 50 in full , for a kitty hawk huey chopper,,, told in July I get it in Sept.. they never answer ... so took my 50 and no kit , and sane time orderd a nother one.. never again they took my money, in full for a kit... still have not got DONT PAY THEM THE DEPOSIT OR INFACT DONT USE THEM

Pre ordered a set of them, took a deposit all good, had a email saying it’s in, two days later checked it said I had requested a password reset for the account, couldn’t log in, emailed them no response at all tried to reset password no good. In the end rand them and was told I hadn’t payed for it in full within 7 days so it’s now sold to someone else and I couldn’t get another one and deposit which should hold it was not getting refunded and the guy was very rude and said well that’s it nothing I can do, no problem will never order of these ever again if he wants to keep the deposit then good luck my greedy little friend horrible customer service and poor response

No answer to E Mails regarding order.

Pre-ordered a model and was notified when ready. Easy to pay over phone and delivered next day. Can't really beat that for service so I'm happy to highly recommend.

They email you in advance of holiday closing as they value the customer

Kept getting the runaround from this company took my £5 deposit bought the model as a birthday present which came and went then Jumblies informed me It would be the Winter before it arrives as I had no use for it by then, I cancelled and they refused to reimburse me my deposit. This represents bad company practice to screw your buyers in this way. No recommendation here.

Purchased a RFM Firefly on the weekend - arrived the following Wednesday. Great price, packaged beautifully, arrived in perfect condition. Very, very pleased and will use again

I have bought models from Jumblies on multiple occasions, first class service every time and they are always very communicative. My go-to retailer.

Rapid delivery, decent price and well packaged. Recommend this shop.

Waited several weeks for a fairly large order and heard nothin from Jumblies, after order acceptance.

Finally contacted them and simply offered refund... no previous warning or information about order problems.

Has anyone successfully received a Jumblies order, I wonder?

Having been a customer for some time I was did Mayes at the level of customer service I received when I complained about an item was faulty ...they knew it had problems but continued to sell it and did not answer my complaint in full so be very wary they are just in it to make money
