Misleading and customer care doesn't help at all...wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!! I've been patient with them and try to be as nice as I can be but these morons have no idea what they are doing.

I purchased a 19.99 pack last night spun the wheel and it was for 20.00. Well it won’t give me my 20.00 it keeps saying error code. I reached out to support still no response. Its hard to when and on the spins you pay a certain amount it says you can win upto you dont you only win what you spin and your not winning it your paying for it

The 7 days that you check in for 2 months straight I've only gotten 40 cents. They advertise that it's a dollar..it's not. For the first few months, I started playing on this site it was great….. but that didn’t last long. I stopped playing at this casino because I bought a little over $3000 one night then over the next few weeks it was a $100 here and a$100 there but I never won over $400 combined. So I spent about $5500 and didn’t win over $400, That’s crazy. The RPT on the particular game I was playing was something like 96% so you could see how that would be impossible unless I was being scammed!
