Amazing Service, Excellent Value, Express Delivery - What's not to love!
Jumbo Pets is an amazing company and all interactions and purchases have consistently been excellent.
I discovered them from an online search at the start of 2025 for treats for my dog, found them to be the most competitively priced out of all the different pet retailers, and placed an order. The order arrived, packaged amazingly, the very next day after being posted (interstate).
Since then, I've ordered more dog treats, premium dog food and dog joint supplements. Every single order has come blazingly fast, packaged very well and the website/online ordering system is robust and user-friendly.
If I've ever had to contact customer service to fix issues (that have been my fault), they have always been friendly, prompt and helpful (Annalise in particular).
Definitely the best retailer to purchase any pet goods from - will be a repeat customer for sure!

Couriers Please lost my package and delivered it 3weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Customer service of Jumbo Pets was good.
It was annoying to receive a request for review before the goods! (Guess it was automated)
