The company is a fraud

The company is a fraud. They have taken my television and are not returning it. They have stopped replying to my emails and their customer care number has started ignoring my calls. It has been close to 3 months and my television is not fixed. I recommend everyone to stay away from buying any package from them.

Worst service provider

I gave my television for repair to jumbo warranty even after 2 months they hadn't returned it whenever I call they just give excuses I won't recommend anyone to ever use their service

still not received my television its been 1 and half month. they stop receiving my calls from last 2 weeks. there is guy named MR. DHRUVPAD (Mananger) he itself is talking to customer very badly. how come this is running without given satisfaction to customer and making fool of customer with taking the full amount of money.

Worst company ever

I will give no star to this company as it do not provide services for more than a week if product get error and when we contact to customer care they give me excuses and tell technician will come tomorrow but the technician will not come

Extremely Bad Service

We keep on calling them and all Ways their call Center never picks up - it says - all are busy and call later. Whereas actually there is no one to pick the call and not that they are busy.
