Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They claim you agree to a contract but you sign nothing! My son was in an accident and we were forced to cancel due to surgery and a broken bone. Was 2 weeks before party and the company refused to refund my deposit. They said only 50%. When I asked for a signed contract they couldn’t provide, also they are heartless and money grabbers. Steer clear of this place go to a place that has a heart for situations out of customers control. I didn’t want to cancel but had too.

what a fierce opportunity to jump

This place is such a surprise. The employees are awesome and the added obstacles are endless. There experience of change is a plus and DJ night and lights on fridays is inviting. Thanks also find discounts they offer quickly..
