Really great support but the service is not worth the money. The following is totally random so it's organic, it's real people but no specific target. If you are happy to just grow following it's alright, if you want to target specific people for your business etc... do it yourself. Except that it hasn't been working for half of it, they said it was cause of Instagram algorithm but yeah.. appreciate the effort but not worth the money. Couldn't get any refund or anything back (no 30-day guarantee or whatever) so I just stopped the service 1 week before it ended.

Update: Kian offered me a free month where they have tried they best to target who I've told them. Unfortunately most of people wouldn't fit the criteria, appreciate the effort although

This company knows what they are doing! And trust me, unless you have 10 years of patience, you can't grow your IG 'organically' and hit that magic 10k number(which we all want #swipeuphello). I’ve been working with Jumper media for over a year now and I must say I’m impressed. They are very good at communicating, they give you a growth report at the end of every week, My account manager is super professional and easy to get in contact with . I’ve been growing about 1k followers a month . It took a little bit of retargeting to get us there but I can’t believe the growth I’m seeing every month with increased engagement from high quality accounts and people . I’ve had other growth services trash my account spam following and unfollowing it was a nightmare , with jumper, they only follower high quality and active users. I’m a musician and I use Jumper to help build my fanbase and they are helping me do just that. I recommend to all my friends and they love it too - and affordable!

Having a great experience with Jumper Media!!! I went from 200 followers to 2400 followers on Instagram in 2.5 months. My posts used to get a couple likes and now every post gets over 100 likes.

The system they use works!!! My best advice is have/ make content and be ready to be sociable with your new followers and friends.

I am super satisfied. The outcome I was mainly looking for was to increase my followers, without having to spend my time on this, as there is no way I could spend 20+ hours a week on this aspect of social media, in about 3 months I have grown like crazy. I like to see the reports they send weekly and they are always super happy to listen and implement as we tweak it closer to my niche. And with a bigger audience = more traffic and more opportunities.

A service of convenience, just don't have the time in the day to commit to building followers. This aspect of the service provided is invaluable, with the addition of me having to review and engage with comments and followers in addition to posting content, it's nearly impossible to do each phrase of social media engagement. I will definitely be looking at how to implement and incorporate the other legs of service they provide.

Jumper has been such a huge help for us during this slow down in business due to Covid-19. I always felt my content was good, presentable and q / photo wise I should be acquiring traffic.I used what I thought was the right hash tags and what most suggested but nada.
