I preordered some items off this website they arrived as expected! an item was missing from my order so i immediately emailed the support team, they shipped my missing item out to me immediately along with some other complimentary goodies, it arrived in three days and i was so happy !! :) the support team was very kind and understanding and respond my quickly, i trust this website a lot after my first experience and will definitely order from here again 🩷

Tbh, wished that the delivery was less expensive, but it might be related to 3rd side party delivery company and my region.

I'm always a very cautious buyer especially when ordering from Japan but took a chance on Jump Ichiban based on the reviews here. I ordered at a busy time of year so it took just over a week before my order was shipped, but from then on it arrived before scheduled. The product itself is just as I expected if not better! I am an avid collector of everything Tomura Shigaraki and will be using them again because they're the only reputable + reasonably priced seller of Ichiban Kuji figures I can find. The pricing was great and overall I had an awesome experience :)

Stunning Variety of Products, especially Ichiban Kuji! Best Shop ive found when it comes to that. Delivery was super fast, from Japan to Europe and Communication was top. I love the Figures i got and they arrived just like fresh out the Fabric. 10/10 absolutely recommend!
