Account blocked on trying to withdraw

I didn't deposit a great deal but did it with paysafe you can't withdraw with paysafe I won some money and when I tried adding my card to withdraw the money a block has been put on my account k was only playing with winnings as couldn't withdraw I've emailed the verify team but don't know why they need bank statements and wage slips for my total deposits of maybe 60 pound I emailed them and have got no reply it's frustrating

My third time on here reviewing this…

My third time on here reviewing this lot. I raised a complaint over six weeks ago. Since then I’ve had two responses. Yea two emails back in six weeks. One of which was two days ago asking for me to send documentation they wanted to see from gamstop in order to come to a conclusion at last I thought the end is near with regards to dealing with this awful business. They requested I email gamstop add them in the CC and get my history for them to view. I explained to them gamstop has already informed me in past it’s not there job to “prove” to casinos who has been with them and when. Which I agree with seen as how any reputable casino should have the means to access this information by law on there own accord. However I sent the email to gamstop and I also logged into my gamstop account and downloaded by PDF my full history which I saved to files and sent to jumpman gaming. I’ve heard nothing back. Here’s where it gets even worse. There is NO LIVE CHAT. It’s all email and completely hit or miss if a human replies. In the last however many months I’ve had over 50 emails from them all pre typed rubbish repeated over and over I could print them off and wallpaper my house they have sent so many. In my case I’m told EMMA from the COMPLAINTS TEAM is the one investigating my complaint and as she said with this gamstop history she can make her conclusion. Why say this then NOT give a direct reply email address for emma? Because anytime I try to reach out or send anything for her I’ve no confirmation she gets it. Does a human even ever read the emails sent I wonder???this has caused so much stress for me and really affected my mental health I want it over & done with. So EMMA can you check your inbox and look for the reply I sent you to your email to me via resolver and you’ll find what you asked for in form of PDF. Very strange also how jumpman have ignored everyone’s reviews more or less except one persons. What’s that all about?

DO NOT SIGN UP TO JUMPMAN GAMING SITES. I signed up to Slots UK, which is one of Jumpman Gaming's sites. This is a review to help others avoid the problems I have encountered. Do not deposit funds or play on Jumpman sites. They are notoriously bad at customer service and really one of the worst online slot companies. How can any online operator with a 'dedicated customer service department' need 48 hours to reply via email?? Their online chat is nothing but an email form - it is shameful! I deposited money without issue and played without issue. As soon as I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was locked without explanation. I have continued to try to engage via emails but realise that I have probably been scammed and need to report the case to the Gambling Commission. It's not even the amount of money, but just the sheer lack of care from a supposedly reputable company. I repeat - SHAMEFUL!

They didn’t have the particular game I play, so decided to just withdraw my money back.

It’s been nearly a month battling with these con artists!
I’ve emailed 15 times, no response, there’s no contact number.
I’ve now been blocked out of my account!

Going to report them in hope to get my hard earned cash back!

Never use this joke of a site, it’s designed to prevent users withdraw any winnings and clearly steal your money!!!!

This company has many online games under different names in my opinion & my experience of playing on this site isn’t the best they are a total waste of time you don’t win anything even if you bet £5.00 pounds the place should be closed down if you ask me it’s just ripping people off 👎

Joined deposited £50 got £50 bonus money done the wagering requirements, left me with £1100 afterwards it disappeared and they gave me my £50 back so withdrew the £50 and they now taken £2.50 for doing this so I’ve ended up down and now you get no reply out of them the partners are star wins and a few more other sites stay away they are scams

Very worrying site !

Why is this company allowed to operate in this way, they are regulated but dont seem to adhere to any rules.

Won asked for ID sent and approved, tried to withdraw they say I can’t as I’ve played for too long today, but I’m not asking to play I’m asking to withdraw. Now can’t log in

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks, they locked my account with over £1000 in balance for over 3 week and didn't respond to over 20 e-mails. I had to reach out the the gambling commission to recover my funds. Oncecrhey stepped in the money was swiftly returned. Avoid these sharks!

Jumpman games block withdrawals as soon…

Jumpman gaming sites block withdrawals as soon as you want to withdraw more than your deposit losses. I’m fully verified and all was ok until I withdrew 2 lots of winnings. The third was blocked saying they needed to check things and to contact help to get it sorted. Contacted support via email as they don’t do live support at any time regardless what they say. The block was lifted within 24 hrs and I had an email to say they check things if a customer makes multiple withdrawals in a short space of time as the gambling commission requires it. Ok I wasn’t happy as I gambled the money I wanted withdraw while waiting but left it at that. It seemed weird that if I won and withdrew on one of their sites a couple of times and then moved to another that I was blocked from withdrawing, obviously they can see that you’ve withdrawn from one and gone to another with fresh odds and a higher chance of winning so when you do they block it. They know by blocking a withdrawal the customer is more likely to continue gambling and lose the money they’ve won instead of jumpman paying out and ending up with less profit.
This then happened multiple times across 2 of their sites. Each time the blocks were removed within 24hrs. Then the blocks started getting longer, support had started to not reply except the auto response emails.
Finally 24hrs ago on the 10th January 2025 I won some money and withdrew it from clover casino, this was for £441 and about 15mins later withdrew £30 both were authorised. I then tried to withdraw £80 45mins or so after that and it was blocked, I reported it instantly and asked them to unblock it as my account was varified and the money deposited was from my wages. I waited 12hrs and because they still hadn’t sorted it I gambled the £80 away just like every time they block me withdrawing, 24hrs later still no response or help. Funny how they say the blocks are mandatory for the gambling commission but while the blocks are in they still accept deposits. Surely if they had concerns of fraud they shouldn’t take anything as they’re accepting possible criminal money. It’s clear they do all this simply because they know they could end up out of pocket if someone keeps withdrawing when ahead.
Anyway after spending the £80 this time and waiting another 12hrs I decided because I couldn’t withdraw from clover casino I thought I’d play on another jumpman site slot games. I deposited £20 and at £80 winnings tried to withdraw only for that to be blocked. The message as with every time they block my withdrawals it says contact help for the block to be lifted straight away. Again I emailed and no response.
Over the last 3 months the blocks have stopped me withdrawing well over £1000 and it’s put me off withdrawing until I’ve won’t a lot of money. It’s stopped me withdrawing amounts up to £900 because I know if I withdrew that and then won a lot of money they’d block it so I wait but end up with nothing. They know that’s what will happen and is why they do it. It shouldn’t be that way and it’s done on purpose. I’ve asked multiple times for an email address to make a formal complaint and no response, they won’t give me the regulator email address either. Overall avoid any site owned by jumpman as they’re using the gamstop system as an excuse to rip people off. They even send pop ups claiming to check everything is ok gambling addiction wise and when the game reloads it takes another spins money even when your in the middle of a bonus with free spins. I’ve got screen recordings and screenshots of all of this and it’s quite clear what they’re doing. It’s illegal and they’re twisting the rules as an excuse and reason to with hold customers money. Just because you win good amounts meaning you want to withdraw a couple/few times in a short space of time is no reason to block withdrawals. What so you deposit 10 times in an hour and it’s fine but win and withdraw twice and your dodgy and need to be blocked from your winnings. Only Fraudulent scam companies would think that those are good reasons to do what they are.
Please leave a review if this has happened to you like it has me and also look up their regulator and email the regulator with your experiences and issues of jumpman stopping you accessing your funds. Hopefully they will either shut this company down or make it sort things out. I’ve since found jumpman gaming have been found guilty multiple times of breaking/breaching regulations and rules for their financial and unfair gain. This includes using the regulations to their advantage. They don’t close your account when asked either instead use unethical ways to keep it open, read the email they send and you’ll see why. As of 12th January still no email address to make a complaint too yet they responded to the email
