It’s a scandal they keep on trading they take your money but do not pay your winnings there’s got to be something done about this site its ridiculous they carry on with this scam

I have one of there affiliate sites wildwestwins I've deposited money and account verified with documents askef for I've 880 in winning but no option to withdraw this is a joke take ur money but won't pay out ur winnings 😡😡😡😡

I play jump man gamings site big thunder slots. Won a fair bit of money and then went to withdraw and had to give loads of info over etc and then I looked at reviews so I actually s*it my self thinking I wouldn’t get my money. 2 days later my account was all approved and money was in my bank working hours. So I can’t agree with anyone else as my own experience has been perfect.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to, I’ve read through the reviews and it seems we are all having the same issue. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to withdraw my winnings without success. Their interaction with the customer is practically non existent, you send documents after documents knowing full well they are correct but yet these SCAMMERS tell you they are not acceptable. I now see no other option but to report to the gambling commission. AVOID Jumpman gaming sites at all costs because as soon as you try to withdraw they lock your account. I can’t even upload any further documents now, I’ve sent via email to their complaints dept but still no resolution.

Amazon slots. I thought it was connected to The amazon company . They want lots of personal info that's hard to gey as most bills are paperless. It's obvious they're trying to make it difficult. I can't verify everything so I can't withdraw. Looks like I've lost it. I will complain to the Gambling Association too. We should all try to warn others.

Made a deposit of £10 and won £300, all of which went back into my balance as cash, not as bonus. I have tried to withdraw using my id documents all of which were in PDF form as stated in the requirements. After various emails sent asking about the delay in verfication etc my account has now been closed by them. Money theiving scum. Happy to take money from you but not happy to pay out. They do not pay out. 3 of their sites I tested. Avoid at all costs. They do not reply to contact . I am now going to Ombudsman. I sent phone bill, council tax bill , bank statement, car insurance all in pdf and all were unverified.
Crystal Slots verified my bank statement but withdrawal saying dni address not verified.
777 cherry has also declined my genuine documents

This company is crooked, they own Easyslots. Do not use them as they are thieves. The person that owns the company is named Ben Starr, he is a thief. I have his address if you are owed money from company related to jumpman gaming.
If you are owed money from this crook or his company go to trading standards. He thinks he is safe because his compamy is in the Channel Islands. He is not.
Get in touch with BBC RADIO 4's consumer programme called YOU AND YOURS.
Take both Ben Starr and Jumpman Gaming to the Small claims court. It will only cost you around £30.
Starr and his company owe me the small sum of £24 but he is not getting away with it.
Also, everytime you have reason to email any of Starrs crooked companies, inform them that you are levying a charge of £75 to their company. You can then claim those £75's in the small claims court.
They have a facebook page with a pathetic 91 followers, bombard it with posts saying how crooked they are.
Ben Starr lives at 56 Links Road, look it up on google maps for postcode. Write to him and demand he pays you.

I have tried to get my £100 deposit retruened (unused) as did not like the look of website. they are telling lies after lies they have admitted they owe me the money but are still not paying in !!! I have got their ADJ ecogra involved but they cant act until jumpan outfit issue deadlock letter. Avoid at all costs. Waiting on a ~£270 withdrawal since August 25th and they have ignored all 4 of my emails since about this.

My documents were accepted for KYC so unsure why they won't process the withdrawal. Can't get through to them at all.

I had to give 1 star as no star option isn't available. Jumpman gaming, now where do I start. I am a member of a few jumpman sites and have nothing but trouble, they will do anything not to pay you what they owe. The verification process is virtually impossible. Customer service is non existent.

Really really poor provider. Went through of many sub sites (roseslots) and just utter garbage. Only win a few on bonus funds (good luck withdrawing). Genuinely recommend going elsewhere, €20 worth of 20c dead spins

Absolute joke emailed all relevant documents with no reply. Joint bank account used but because card is in husband name they want to cause issues. Why allow me to deposit with it but when I want to withdraw it's a problem my account is now block saying contact customer support. I will be contacting the gamberling commission

I’ve been contacting them for over two weeks now no even a reply sent all documents in and have been verified and my account is still disabled and I have over 700 stuck in my account absolute worst costumer service I have every had they do not reply at all I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks just wondering if anybody knows if they do contact you and pay you out

they closed my account down with out warning saying i breached a rule which i didnt do plus they owe me £4420 which i am going to get even i got to take them to court and sue them and take every penny they have and shut them down for good.

I see a lot of people have or are having problems getting there winning, but I have been on here since feb and never had problem getting my winnings.

Avoid this site, they take your money but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings it’s a nightmare, sent photo ID, proof of card all ok, when it come to sending proof of address sent bank letter they wouldn’t accept it, have no other form of proof of address that they’ll accept so they won’t give me the winnings. Don’t even deserve one star, they are nothing but a con. Happy to take your money not so quick to give it to you when you win
