A total scam.
They took an £80 deposit (a red flag, admittedly) ..
They “booked” for the next day (today). Didn’t show up.
They do not pick up the phone or reply to texts.
Avoid at all costs.
Update: having taken the deposit, they ghosted me and never showed up. Scammers.

Amazing service and was quick to fix my car battery. Highly recommended!!

Just back from vacation - car dead as a dodo - even had to use manual key to access car. Phoned JMC - they clearly explained options - Craig arrived within the hour as promised. Sorted flat battery and explained possibility of ageing battery needing replacement in near future. Overall highly recommended.

Craig came out within 1 hour to replace the battery on my classic 1984 Ford Orion but unfortunately there was also an immobiliser issue as well which Craig rectified for me and at no extra cost. Craig was reasonably priced, professional and helpful. I've saved he's number as he was faster than the AA. Paul

Excellent service! They came to me very quickly to change my car battery. For an emergency service their price was very reasonable. Halfords was not able to change battery on my car, AA wait time was extremely long. Their customer service was great, they kept me up to date with an ETA. Thank you so much! I will be recommending to my friends and family

Overpriced. Good first impression went from mediocre to bad to worse. The date was 28th September 2024 - I have now asked three times for my warranty (twice by email and once by text) and nothing. The whole experience went from good as I said and slowly disintegrated to worse during the wait time. Perhaps this review will prompt you sending me my warranty. To anyone out there check with other people before committing to this overpriced service.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I called, I was given nothing but helpful advise. My car had been struggling for a week or two to start and it finally gave up altogether. I had no idea whether I needed to have my battery replaced, or to have a jump start instead. After answering a couple of questions, I arranged for them to send a technician to come and carry out a diagnostic check at my home. How convenient this as I was to go on a rather long trip later that afternoon. I didn’t have the time to try to have my usual mechanic take a look.

The technician arrived within 30 minutes and carried out a full diagnostic check, and was able to confirm that the battery was the issue. I had never had it changed in the 6 years I had owned my car.

In just over an hour from my initial call to Jump My Car, I was back on the road and off driving. Everything was explained clearly. Prices were very transparent, and extremely reasonable. I now have a new battery with 5 years warranty. This has given me great peace of mind going forward. I would highly recommend Jump My Car. They saved the day! Well done!

An absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I called them. I was let down by my breakdown who claimed I needed a new battery however once I spoke to JumpMyCar they assured me they would try and find the cheapest fix first. The gentleman who came out fixed my car within literalist seconds and the price was cheaper then my breakdown call out. Cannot recommend them high enough. Thank you once again, absolute legends!

So great! Really reasonable call out fee, came super quick and everyone I spoke to was lovely. Thankyou so much for helping us out of a supermarket carpark with a flat battery, a 6 week old baby, a dog and a full trolly of shopping!

Had such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank them enough. Seriously. I was stranded alone as a women on a Friday night I was so scared. The worker came within 30 minutes and jump started my car. I paid the reminder with my card as I didn’t have cash on me. I will call for a battery replacement within the next 2-3 weeks. Amazing professionalism.

I just wanted to write a review to say thank you very much and I was in quite a pickle and they came within the 30 minutes that they said they would and I wanted to say thank you and great work and a thumbs up communication was excellent

Had an amazing experience. I would always go off google rather than trustpilot. Got my battery changed, the worker came within 1 hour and fitted it in within 40 minutes. Cars been working fine since. So glad I used this company. Would recommend always.

My car broke down on the A406 leaving me stranded with my 5 year old daughter.
I found JumpMyCar on google and after paying a small deposit the technician arrived within 30 minutes and replaced my battery on the roadside! I was even able to pay the remainder using apple pay on my mobile which was a life saver as I never had my purse with me! Absolutely incredible service and the technician was very helpful. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, I cannot recommend them enough!

Ok so called this company today as I need a new battery ....
Booking the job seemed a blast but then they wanted a large upfront deposit to get the job booked in, so leaving me no guarantee the fitter would even turn up??
Seems suspicious to me for sure and considering others have said the same on here,,....think i will give them a miss

Scammers don’t pay them booking fees didn’t answer calls
