Fantastic tour operator ran by a local family. Very much in tune with giving tourists a great time in Juneau, but they also give a damn about their staff and it shows.
The whale watch was amazing, with Captain Ben at the helm- we saw orcas (which are a bit rare) and humpbacks lunge feeding. I've had Ben before on other trips in past years- was great to see Juneau Tours promote within the company and see familiar faces year after year.
The naturalist on board was really good & had some fun props explaining whales & their behaviors.
The company offers whale watching & glacier shuttles during our summer season and in the winter, they will offer downtown trolley rides during big events.
Class act, and constant winner of "Juneaus Best" program.
