This is the worst company. Do not buy. Returns are practically impossible. I agreed to keep the garment that didn't work and take half the cost as credit weeks ago. Despite reminders, they still haven't refunded me any money.

I received my dress, and it was beautiful, but it did not fit, despite using my measurements. I reached out about returning the dress for a refund. I received one canned message and then nothing, despite sending them multiple other emails. I finally opened a PayPal claim, and they did respond once that was filed. They gave me the option of returning the dress, minus a $40.00 "round trip" shipping AND me paying out of pocket for return shipping, which is very misleading because "round trip" would mean there and back, or refund me $80.00 and keep the dress. I agreed to that. In the meantime I updated the PayPal claim to reflect our agreement. Even after the PayPal claim has closed, still no refund and they have completely stopped responding. After reading reviews, it seems like their standard practice is refusing to accept returns. I have escalated the PayPal claim for an appeal and will contact my credit company next if I do not receive my refund shortly.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM, EVEN THOUGH THE DRESSES ARE VERY NICE, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEXT LEVEL AWFUL!!!

Your response is not accurate. The PayPal claim was closed after I notified them we had reached an agreement on the refund. I had to file an appeal because, even after the claim closed, you did not issue a refund and had, once again, stopped responding to me, and there is a 10 day period to file such an appeal. You are able to issue a refund at any point. That is not tied to PayPal. Do not try to mislead others that that is the case. I have sent you the screenshots, as you requested that prove that what I am saying is true. As stated though, should you actually refund my money as promised, I will gladly close the PayPal claim all together and also update this review to reflect that you did actually follow your refund policy. As it stands now, you have been promising a refund for close to a month now, but I have yet to receive anything, and I only get responses from you guys when I file a claim or leave a negative review. I tried politely asking for a refund, as per the terms of your own return policy, but got nowhere with that. As many others have said, you guys just won't respond to requests for refunds, so that seems to be how you get around actually issuing refunds. I would be happy to be proven wrong about that though, but we will see. It's up to you to make it right!!! And to be quite honest, with all you have put me through to get ANY refund, I don't really feel like $80.00 is fair at this point, but I will settle for that.

Our daughter was planning a small wedding on fairly short notice due to military responsibilities and loved the June Brides dress. I ordered it and the estimated delivery date was after the wedding. I sent an email asking if the dress could come sooner and it was here with 2 weeks to spare! The dress was absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly!

Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced from a clothing store. They make the return process practically impossible by not replying to emails for weeks and avoiding sending a return address and instructions. The phone number on their website just rings and rings, so it likely isn't legitimate. The only option is emailing and messaging through their website.
After a month of persistent emailing, they have finally sent me a return address, but decided they'll keep the shipping cost from sending it to me. Given that their address is in China, it'll basically cost me half the price of the dress to return it to them and, when they finally receive the dress, it will take 3 or 4 weeks (probably longer) to receive the money in my bank account.
Please don't put yourself through this nightmare and just shop somewhere else.

I ordered a dress with specific measurements. For starters, none of the measurements matched. The wrist of the dress was supposed to be fitted with a loose arm, well the wrist was sewn so large it was 3x the size of my wrist. I sent pictures showing the measurements were off , they acknowledged the errors and offered a full refund. I had no idea the company is located in China. I brought the dress to my local pack and ship and it was going to cost $100 to ship it back , for a dress that was $169. This company messed up my order and didn't even send a prepaid return envelope. RUN!!!!! They know you won't return the dress when the return fees are exorbitant! The quality was pretty poor as well! No where on there return page does is provide the address you would need to send back a return to. Look at their return policy! No where does it list a China address.
They are a scam company , maybe you might get lucky but their reviews must be all fake and if you have to return you are screwed! Don't do it!!!!

This website is a scam! I’ve ordered 2 dresses and per their policy for returning, you have to get an address to return back. The problem is they do NOT communicate and ignore your emails. I’ve reached out 6 times and still nothing! I’m convinced I will not be getting my money back. But I will make sure to not let this happen to others! It is not okay! You need to respond to costumers and follow your policy. Bad business

I ordered a dress that sadly just wasn't what I was expecting and am trying to return but despite multiple emails now, there's no response and it's eventually going to fall out of the return period. I was going to just order another dress on their site but if this is the level of service I get, I may just look elsewhere :(

My dress came, I didn't order custom measurments just a regular size 8 but it fit. Does not look like the dress in the picture. The quality was awful. Sleeves were oversized by way too much and not sown properly, loose threading and over all sloppy. So I try to return to get a refund because I am not wearing something slopt together on my wedding day. I tried emailing repeatedly with no answer back, I even tried to call a number numerous time that I found on the website with absolutely no answer. I've tried to get in contact with this company over a dozen times with no answer, absolutely no customer service. So, I guess I was taken for a few hundred dollars, left with a crappy dress that I won't be compensated for and my wedding is in July so thank you June bridals for making the wedding process even more stressful and costing me more money. I will never buy anything from them again and will let everyone know of the incident so it doesn't happen to anyone else I know.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING! DON'T BUY FROM HERE! They sent me the wrong dress color and the fabric was different than the photo. Also, the same dresses are on amazon for half the price. I am trying to get a clear answer on if if they're trying to double charge me for shipping to send the dress back for my full refund and they don't respond. I ordered this dress for a special occasion and overall had a decent experience. One of the best things was that it arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise and gave me extra time to prepare. The dress itself was quite pretty and had the weight and feel of a traditional wedding dress, which made it feel high-quality.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The dress didn’t look exactly like the picture, which was disappointing. Also, the bra inserts were sewn in incorrectly, which affected the fit and comfort. With a few alterations, it will work out.

Do not buy from June bridals, they use false advertisement, also communication with them is is terrible. They do not even have a phone number to get in touch with anybody, you have to reach them through email and nobody responds in a timely manner. I bought a dress off of their site was not what I expected not looks nothing like the photo been trying to get a return and refund and I’m getting thrown through multiple hoops to try to get it. My next step is trying to do a dispute with my bank. I should not have to pay a $76 for shipping to return the item and then not get the full refund.

I am increasing the stars as I get more communication from customer service. I am sure it is a very busy time for this company and I am trying to be understanding of that. One thing that is confusing is the way the emails come in, I ended up missing a very important one so my dress was put on hold. My advice for anyone going back and forth with customer service is to scroll down and look at all email exchanges thoroughly.. I am hoping my issues has been addressed and I will get my dress soon!

Here we are, April 25, and still nothing resolved. They emailed me saying they would issue a refund and I should expect it in 3-6 business days, that was April 2….this company is a joke and a scam. Please see my past reviews as my experience with this company has proved to be nothing more then infuriating.
Terrible Customer service when you want to return
I ordered the same dress in two different sizes for my daughter. June bridal was quick to respond when it came to questions about my order. They confirmed via email that I could return if needed, and when the dresses arrived, they did not fit the way we hoped. We are going on almost 3 weeks with no communication despite multiple calls and emails to their support team to approve the return based on the return policy. This is very disappointing and frustrating and I would never recommend this company to anyone. They give a time window for their returns, and I personally feel that they intentionally do not respond In time for my order to not be eligible for return.

June Bridal did finally respond. Offering ridiculous options to resolve:
That I pay half of the cleaning fee for the one dress we took out of packaging to try on (we found bugs in the fabric upon opening!) and pay for “full round trip shipping” of both dresses. Or I pay for half the cleaning of opened dress and pay for full round trip shipping of the dress but get a whopping 20% refund for the unopened dress and I get to keep the monstrosity. I know it shipped from California but are made in China, so I wonder if they are going to hit me with the shipping back to China. Considering that when we opened one of the dresses to try on there were bugs in the folds of the fabric I do expect them to cover shipping. This was communicated 03/17 so we shall see how long it takes for them to resolve. My ask is simple: full refund and shipping covered.

Harriet helped me, and she was informative and very responsive. She made sure I knew what measurements I needed. I don’t think they work on the weekends though, just a heads up. My dress came a week earlier than expected! And I love my dress!!! My garment bag, however, has a broken zipper. But they have offered a refund with no problems!
