Paid for Amazon automation service

Paid for Amazon automation service — zero sales and refund refused

I hired Jungle Juice Academy to identify and launch products for me on Amazon. They selected a milk frother as my first product and handled the setup and marketing.

After approximately 8 months, the product generated zero sales.

When I raised concerns, I was told that “services had been delivered,” even though the product they chose never sold a single unit.

I was also told I had agreed to purchase a minimum of five products, which is not supported by any signed agreement or written documentation.

They offered to buy back the inventory for a small amount ($310), but refused to refund the initial program fee.

It’s important for anyone considering this service to understand:

* There is no guarantee of results
* You can end up with no sales at all
* Refunds may be denied even if the product completely fails

I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and understanding the risk before working with this company.
