You do a refund for multiple item, they send you the money only for ONE!

They ship fast etc etc all came perfect, i had to pay 49€ of tax but ok, when i request for a refund they were kind to tell me everything, i did everything but? I send two (2) item and they sent me only one payment for one (1) item. I have proof of photo, they reply really slow like before. 90€ of refund i only have 40€ back😂 an order of literally 300€ i am mad. Never again folks, buy only if they have paypal or at least klarna on the websites.
