Daylight robbery!

Terrible customer service and ridiculous prices!!! Selling products with a 35% mark up from multiple other local retailers (not including sale prices). You give small independent retailers a bad name and I feel so sorry for your local counterparts who go out of their way to keep up with competitive prices. I understand the value of seeing and feeling a product in person and understand paying a little bit more to buy from an independent store but this is daylight robbery. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The most beautiful child and baby gifts

The most beautiful child and baby products all in one place. They also have amazing sales. All of my products were sent on time and I’ve had the best customer service from the team when wanting to exchange one bunny for another. All of my favourite brands all in one place I’m really glad I found this website for junior Edition.

They also have a really beautiful IG that I found after purchasing.

I ordered 2 original my little pony and…

I ordered 2 original my little pony and it cost 92 euro altogether. That’s including customs. I should have ordered in Amazon. They are over charging for my little pony. One was faulty and I emailed them twice, he said that he checked the rest of the stock and the pony’s were fine. No mention of a return from him. I sent him a video of the fault, a huge huge mistake ordering from this independent company.

Expensive return

The Brighton store doesn’t accept online returns, however will give credit note and vouchers. Customer is expected to pay tracked return postage so overall it’s very costly as paid postage for initial parcel.

terrible terrible service

terrible terrible service and terrible customer service. I purchased some Olli Ella dolls online for a total cost of over €200. Upon arrival of the shipment in Italy, I was charged more than €90 in customs duties. I asked their terrible customer service for explanations, (who responds to every email I have for weeks) and I was told that they indicate on their website that there is the possibility that additional taxes will be applied with a confusing and ambiguous sentence attached to the order confirmation email. Still speaking to customer service, they told me that if I spent more than €150 I would have to pay these taxes and that they are not taxes that they apply. I'm honestly shocked, I've also received packages from Australia (spending the same amount if not even more) and something like this has never happened to me. Furthermore, I find it absolutely incorrect that they protect themselves with an ambiguous phrase "taxes may apply" without absolutely specifying not to exceed €150 in spending. Of course, first take my money and then reply that I should have spent less. Shameful. furthermore, the dolls I purchased, which were supposed to be collectible, were packed into a package that was too small (considering how much the shipping cost me in total between expenses and taxes, it is truly ridiculous) and some without their original packaging. I will definitely never buy from them again.

Great independant company

I found some Schleich toys that my son really wanted for his birthday and realising the delivery window was going to be tight emailed junior edition. I got a reply the next working day and they ensured my parcel was posted a bit quicker. Great customer service and items arrived today so much quicker than the delivery estimate. Would recommend.

Still waiting for refund

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted with how Junior Editions operate. I ordered a pair of salt water sandals only to discover that on receiving my order, I had received the wrong size. I contacted them straight away, requested a returns label and refund. I was told that once this item was back with them I would have my refund. I am still waiting to receive my £65. I have spent much time sending emails to query this and am being told that they have issued the refund but it has not. Still yet to receive it.

Brilliant customer service

I bought a sale item at a very competative price from JE by a trusted brand (Disana,) and I had a problem with the sizing. I didn't realise the sizing had already been adjusted by JE on their website as a truer reflection of size.

So really *I* should have checked the actual measurements of the garment rather than shopping by age. I went by age because I was familiar with the brand but this meant I recieved an item that was too small.

There was also limited stock of the item I was trying to purchase and I was sure I'd now missed out on a great coat in the sale.

Nick at Junior edition was beyond helpful. He exchanged the item for one that would be the correct size, even though the exchanged coat was not in the sale. Communication was really brilliant throughout. Just really clear about what had happened, everything was easy to understand and I was given lots of time and help in response. Not only that but I recieved updates about what was happening throughout including that the exchange had been posted.

I was supplied a prepaid returns label. The returns process was so easy. What more could you ask for in terms of customer service? Above and beyond really.. Thankyou again. I will be back and have and will be recommending.

I wont be buying from JE again

I wont be buying from JE again. They sent me either wrong item or faulty, not sure but they weren't the same jeans as the other pair, I wanted 2 pairs. they make a change for returning things even if it's their fault. they also denied any wrong doing on their part. they charged me all the postage as well. I will not buy from them again. shame because they sell nice clothes but thats credit due to the brands not JE.

Lost item, no refund!

I have ordered a cardigan and matching trousers from this shop, however I only received the cardigan. The shop says that they have dispatched both items and that royal mail must have lost the trousers during shipment. Instead of refunding me for the lost item or sending me a new pair of trousers they are asking me to wait until their claim with Royalmail has been approved. This can take week or even months and I have paid for an item I never received. They are not responding to my emails now and I am not even sure that they will refund me incase their Royalmail claim is successful. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Fast shipping

Shipped in two days the week before Christmas! I ordered several items on a Thursday, and my package arrived the following Monday morning. I was amazed at the speed of service, especially the week before Christmas. Thank you for saving my little girl’s Christmas! We will most definitely be shopping again. Love the prices and love the amazing range of quality products for the whole family.

Bad service

I bought some stuff, my local post service made a mistake & junior edition want me to pay for them to send it again, that I can understand. Maybe. But what I don’t understand is that they send me my money back(minus the delivering money) BUT they took 15usd for ‘the service’ what service?
They are fast on email. But I think that is bad service & for that reason I will not shop by junior edition again.
I didn’t get my close & I did lose 16usd for delivery plus 15usd for nothing??

Lovely online store with great customer service. They have an amazing curation of brands. Their website is one of my favourites for kids clothing, and I am super happy they do older kids sizes (although the baby stuff is to die for).

Very poor customer service & unsatisfactory communication

Very poor customer service.
Discount code accepted to avoid delivery cost with order confirmation stating my shipping address, only to wait 3 weeks to be told that the discount only applied to orders collected from a Brighton store- I was only advised after I chased where my order was that it was waiting for me to collect at the store…
(I live in the north of England so obviously would not be Collecting from Brighton)
‘Shop’ app & email order confirmation stated shipping address as my address not Brighton.
Shop app notification stated ‘order placed’ no information that the order was waiting for me to collect it from the Brighton store!? How was I supposed to know…
Poor communication.
Zero acceptance that this was an error on their site for their own discount code Zero explanation of why the code was accepted for an order that required shipping, instead passed blame to me for using the code- very poor form
Zero good will in this case to up hold discount
Order therefore cancelled
I won’t be ordering again from this site.
