Over 2 weeks to deliver my order!

I love the clothes en the store!
BUT the two times I bought something online, it took 2-3 weeks to deliver. I would not get any answers on my e-mails about this. One order was last summer (2025). The other was a few weeks ago. According to the track&trace, PostNL still hasn't acquired the package with my order which was made 2 weeks ago. I already send two e-mails and a DM. On Instagram they told me to send an e-mail which I already did but without answer. I'm very disappointed right now! And I will really doubt my next online order!

don‘t order!!

Don‘t recommend! I paid 12 € for my return, only to not get a refund for my returned items and also had to pay such high return shipping costs! To date, no one has responded to my support requests.
