I was pleasantly surprised with this service. Junk Car Medics made getting rid of our mini van simple. I did not have to call around to different places looking for someone to take our mini van. I simply filled out a simple questionnaire and we received a phone call setting up our pick up. I was kept in constant contact through text messages. The tow truck came, took our van and paid us. Simple.

I went online to find someone to buy my junk car. Found a few including Junk Car Medics. I tried a few local junk yards also. But Junk Car Medics had the best price so I went with them. No regrets! Sure I was hoping for a better deal. They had given me a better deal back in June/July but I was hoping for more, so I waited for the market to improve, but that didn't happen. That was my fault! Junk Car Medics was quick, honest and easy to work with so I had a great experience and will recommend them to others.

They were very helpful and professional and I really loved the service they gave me.

It was quick and easy. The only suggestion is to have your tow companies give a specific time of pick up.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience. Communication between the 3 parties was superb. I always knew the status of the transport and the time of their arrival. As promised I had a check in hand immediately.

Within an hour of accepting the offer, I received a phone call the set up pick up time. On the morning of pickup day, the driver called again to confirm when he would be there. Got there a little bit early and had cash in hand.

The website was easy to use and put in the information needed. I filled out the information late at night 11/29 and got the quote. Early the next day I received the call to schedule a pick up time and answer a few more questions. The people I spoke to over the phone were polite and patient with me due to not being able to hear them the best. I was able to get my car picked up 12/1. They worked around my work schedule and called 30 minutes before pick up. The pick up process was fast and easy. I handed over my signed title, they handed me the check and off my car went.

Had a great experience! The total process was easy and hassle free. After completing the online portion about our car (which had flat tires and couldn't drive it off site), it was approved and offer made. Once offer accepted, I was put in contact with the local towing company and scheduled for pick up. The tow truck agent arrived as scheduled and was very kind and pleasant! He took a quick look at the car, handed us the check, and loaded up the car. I was NOT looking forward to finding a solution to getting rid of our 20 year old car... and thought I'd have to pay someone to haul it away! BUT this was AWESOME! I'm grateful for JunkCarMedics and hope someone is able to use our old car for something good! Thank you!!

Great experience. It only took a few minutes to get an offer that I felt was very generous. Answered a few questions, agreed to the price and the car was picked up within two days. Very easy and very efficient.

I was under aware that they contracted a third-party, who cannot even communicate and follow through on what they say when you send in the information. I.e. I sent the information on Tuesday 11/22 with the intentions of getting my car picked up within 24 to 48 hours, but I will not even come to get my car picked up for a week not until 11/29 from when I submitted my offer with you guys. I texted the information to the number they provided and they said that they didn’t receive it, then I had to resend it to an email, which should’ve been just provided previously so I can go out and get confirmation that it was indeed received. This whole process has been Very misleading.

Decent offer for car. Confused about the relationship between JunkCarMedics and Peddle. Terrible experience getting in touch with a contracted towing company. No one responded at first company after a day and a half. Needed to get car off of mechanic's lot quickly. Called to be connected with a different towing company, and no one answered at that company either. Ultimately cancelled the service and went with a competing salvage company.

quick response from quote to pickup and payed was only 3 days. Easy to communicate with and all parties and excellent service.
Easy pickup and payment from the tow vendor as well.
