Simply outstanding service! I needed an urgent household rubbish clearance, they responded immediately to my query on WhatsApp, answered lots of questions patiently, provided collection service at a less than 24 hour notice and helped me get rid of specialist items safely. SImple and straightforward in terms of booking. The driver was very punctual and polite and customer service is top notch. The customer services staff are very professional. They let me knew 15 minutes in advance when the driver was coming. My only issue is that the price was a little bit steep for one small fridge hence the 4 stars.
All the same, I would not hesitate to use Junkwize again. I will just ensure I do a good sorting out to ensure there's loads of rubbish for them to take to justify the price.

Collection was punctual in allocated time slot. Communication over WhatsApp for booking seamless. Collection was carefully removed without disturbance to neighbours or damage to the property. Friendly and courteous member of the team handled collection. This is 2nd time use.
