Still didn't get samples but it is what it is
Juno is a good site despite this issue
Juno has worked well previously with many downloads however I purchased a sample pack yesterday which downloaded to my phone but on extracting the files they were empty and it says zero files extracted ! In the same order I have all my other files no problem . This is a real shame because when Juno works it is a great alternative to rip off subscription models , Juno did resend me a link to download samples but on closer inspection that hasn't worked ...

We have not found an issue with the files themselves, however being that this is a sample pack and not a regular release, it is most likely a format that is not supported by your mobile device. When you can please try on a desktop device using a compatible software to open the sample pack and let us know.

Fantastic site just came across it for my set for a festival next week was able to pick up some old gems in digital format I did not have in my collection any more at a fraction of the price I paid for them on Vynil

I download a few tracks from a few different websites, in my quest for tunes for my DJ mixes, and I found Juno Download to be a breeze to source from. A great selection of music, that is easy to find via the search, with a website that is also easy to navigate around, and all competitively priced too, whether it's per individual song or as a complete album collection. Great, just a shame it’s drum n bass library isn’t more complete
Generally junodownload are excellent, they’re just missing some drum n bass tracks you can get on beatport. Don’t get me wrong, I prefer junodownload over beatport, but it is missing some tracks that aren’t marked as beatport exclusive so I assume it’s just a smaller library.

Been using Juno Download for a few years now without any issues. Recently had a whole order I downloaded go funny on me and all the tracks were showing as 'unsupported file format' in my Rekordbox no matter what I did. Contacted Juno and they replied very quickly with a link to re-download the whole order again and now all working fine. Brilliant customer service.
