I've used Juno download before it was even split off from the original Juno, all business as usual.
One minor issue I take responsibility for myself is that having emptied my wishlists which after months of not downloading much felt a bit staid it took a while to locate what I was after (although had backed the contents up as txt files).
However some were still on Juno player, which was a bonus. The compilation was easy to look up & has been out for three months now (random info).
Everything downloaded ok & got saved, it's got to the point where there was some overspill onto my backup drive but again my concern not yours.
Business as usual, keep up the good work, apologies for random info but not much else to report; appreciated the discount code also.

I wanted to preview the High Contrast remix of the new Adele tune but there was only a 30 second preview - the first 30 seconds - and no clue whatsoever what the drop was like - I don't like going on youtube cos of the adverts, so the XL label/Juno DLhave let me down, and it won't go in my next mix - other DJs on Twitter dislike stupidly short 'preview' windows - don't you want DJs to use the site? Get rid of them altogether, let us play the whole tune - as we used to to in record shops back in the day, in case you didn't know - then I'll change this to five stars

I like how easy it is to navigate through the website however i feel it could look a bit better i find the main page can look a bit too busy i also find the search bar frustrating because it isn't snappy when loading sometimes it takes about 30 seconds then if i make any spelling mistakes without noticing it doesn't try suggest a correction it just says no tracks found... Then there's the juno player i like the simple easy to use design but what i don't like is that it doesn't tell you what format or sample rate it's playing at which is important because sometimes when I'm comparing a song on YouTube to hear the quality difference it actually sounds worse on the juno player so i don't know if i buy the whole song what it will sound like because the juno player might be playing a compressed version? And lastly it's probably not your fault but 7/10 times i look for a song you don't have it so if you could expand your library that would be awesome
If your wondering how often i experience these 3 things
Slow search bar loading times 8/10
Juno player playing at low audio quality 3/10
Not finding a song because of spelling mistake or no capital letter 5/10
Conclusion even though I've complained about 5 things juno not finding a song the search bar loading times the juno player the search bar requiring 100 percent accuracy with the title of a song without helping you or suggesting things and lastly the look of the main page being a bit busy i will still use juno even if non of these are fixed because there only slightly frustrating. Date of experience is from 2020 to present day. Thanks

What you must do is filter the poor tracks on your genre filters. So many are really very poor quality, like some kid on a laptop has just chucked it together, I find myself wading through 10 pages per genre for a few decent tunes. I would suggest someone vets them a lot more closely, apart from that, I’ve used you for many years and still will, but the overall quality of your output is getting swamped imo

I have downloaded a number of tracks from Juno. They have always been of good quality and reasonably priced.

Always has the tracks i'm after and great recommendations. The easy of use is much better than Beatport.

Just a simple download into my download folder. No problems with that or anything on Juno itself. If only everything was this easy!
