Put in my order my wife and I were excited it was to be here 2 days ago said it was delivered. Sent the company an email saying nothing had arrived. They promptly responded here call the company and track down your stuff. Lol that was not the deal when I pay for shipping it is the companies responsibly to make sure it arrives. I don't think that is the customer service I am looking for. Maybe best to buy your products from someone who is more reputable! Thanks for nothing.

Ordered product on the 26 of October. The website said it would be here by the 31st. It's now November 2 and one package is untraceable and the other is still in another state.

Don’t suggest this company as I returned the item after I canceled the order and they still shipped it and now refusing to give me a refund and it’s been way over a month

Ordered a week ago got a order confirmation stating I would receive a tracking soon. I emailed 5 days ago about expected delivery date received no response. Good news I did receive my order within the initial received date and loved the items. Just not very good communication. I received the tracking same day package arrived.

We ordered the Alger and the Dolphin and they both arrived quickly. Both products exceeded our expectations. Absolutely incredible! We own a LOT of toys but these two immediately shot to the top of our list of favorites.

I occasionally saw Juntame while browsing for some couple play sex toys. Got plenty of stuff for me to use as well. It delivered from the US to Australia only cost about one week to my hand, which was a very fast shipment. I can’t wait to try this with my partner and see his reaction to those toys.

The satisfaction guarantee is a lie. The toy was extremely aggressive. I would not Recommend doing business with this company. Sent me $100 worth of painful private injuring defective pleasure devices, and refuse to honor the satisfaction guarantee plastered on every page of every item they sell.

Update: they said they would be contacting me, it is November 7th, and they still are not responding, nor have they fixed it. This reply stating they would contact me, was just another false statement from this company.

This company practices bad business and lies. Had they not advertised as satisfaction guaranteed on every toy page I would have went with Adam and Eve, who does. I got a toy and the tongue slaps my clit so hard that it has to be defective. I am in no way satisfied, my clit still hurts. This is not okay.

This product is as exactly advertised. This is the only product that we have bought lately that lives up to its hype. It’s been very enjoyable and then some.

I loveeeeee my toys. Can’t wait until my next purchase.

The product did not look as big as shown in the demonstration in the ad.

Can’t give a lower rate than one star.
Juntame is fast in delivery, fast in taking your money but when it comes to returns of unused of course merchandise you are out of luck.
You open the foil over your package and it’s yours.
So read the fine print first.

There are other other companies on the internet with much better policies
and it’s not that Juntame can say they have better prices because they don’t.
So shop around first !!

Wish I could do Zero Stars.
They sell products with 1 name on their website but when you get your item, it's a different name.
Bait & Switch
Their sister company HoneyPlayBox.com sells the Same exact item, in a different color and they name it something completely different.

I received a toy from this company as a gift.. I charged it fully upon opening the packaged & then when I went to charge it again the charger wouldn’t work. I sent a message to the email address on the website but it was returned as undeliverable. I’m very unhappy, I need a new charger & I have no clue where to get one!
