Excellent selection of premium furniture with helpful, friendly staff.
I was especially pleased to find the store open on Sunday — a real convenience. The quality and variety of the pieces are outstanding, and the team is both kind and knowledgeable.
The only drawback is the additional €250 charge for delivery and lift service, which feels steep considering the investment you're already making in the furniture. Including this in the overall price or offering a more affordable option would make the experience even better.
That said, I still highly recommend the store for anyone looking for high-quality, stylish furnishings.

We bought a dining table at Juntoo. The table itself is a bit pricey but of good quality. However, customer service is lacking. We have been in touch via email over an invoice related issue. From one day to another, all communicaiton stoppped. It has been months and several more emails from us, but Juntoo customer service is simply ignoring us.

I visited the store on Sunday morning with my husband. We were the only customers there, yet the service we received was unacceptable. The staff showed little interest in assisting us, and the responses to my questions were delivered with a condescending tone. This level of disregard for customer service is completely unprofessional and disappointing.We walked right out. Such a shame as the furniture itself is beautiful.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The driver chose not to deliver the furniture to my front door and instead left everything in the garage. This included individual pieces weighing 60 kg, which I then had to carry up and down stairs.
What’s more frustrating is that the company requires full payment 10 days prior to delivery, leaving no room for recourse once issues arise.
It’s a shame, because I’d prefer to focus on the quality of the furniture itself, which is good. But the poor customer service has left me with a bitter overall experience. No answer to my email either. Sadly, service is just as important as product quality—and in this case, it fell short.
@Juntoo, regarding your reply - I had to go up and down stairs, because you delivered to the back entrance. If you were delivering to the front door, there would be no such issue.
Sadly, I see that you replied within 3 days publicly, but you haven't yet replied to my email which I sent a few weeks ago, and where you can read all the details about the delivery, with pictures. I also mention on my email that I am not looking for any compensation, as I am not intending on purchasing from you again.

The point of this review is not to prevent other people from buying from Juntoo, because apparently I have nothing negative to say about the quality of your furniture, but to warn them instead, to be more careful with your services.
Indeed, you didn't meet my expectations, but most of all, you didn't meet your standards.

The shipping time is insanely long, 17 weeks!!!! They told us right before the payment which to me is a bit unprofessional because in their website and also their designer stated 12 weeks!

I ordered 4 chairs, one cannot be assembled. I sent a mail, one week later nothing. I sent another one, nothing. I called meanwhile but was on hold for a long time. After a couple of days I called again. They will send a technician on a certain day, two and a half weeks later, but they cannot say the time, so I have to wait inside all day long. Good luck with customer service. It's a pity because the products look nice. I was planning to buy a sofa too but I will not bother

Design and overall OK, but the among the 6 chairs we bought 2 weeks ago, 4 were unstable (not all legs had the same length).
I tried to contact the quality department using various e-mail addresses on the packagand on the website, as well as via the online form, to no avail. I have refrained from using the chairs for 2 weeks to avoid stress on the wood...
Today, I resorted to grind the chairs feet myself but I find it unacceptable that clients have to fix the chairs themselves and that nobody answers support requests.
I cannot recommend that company..
