Jo and Michelle helped find multiple flight options for my recent trip to Zanzibar. As well as saving me time to find various times, prices and layover options, they were particularly helpful with advice regarding travel through the Middle East and navigating options to ensure we would be covered from an insurance point of view. Invaluable experience and their advice helped to ensure we had as few risks to disruption as possible!

We were recommended Michelle and Jo at Jupita Travel by some friends who simply said, “Just give them a go” — and we are SO glad we did!

We booked our Christmas and New Year holiday to Phuket with them, and from the very first conversation they were absolutely fantastic. We already had a particular hotel in mind and had been given a price elsewhere, including the flights, but Michelle and Jo were able to beat it. They then went one step further and suggested a few other hotels that they thought would suit us even better - and it did!!! We did our own price checks and honestly couldn’t get anywhere near the prices they had managed to find for us!

The whole process was so easy, quick and completely stress-free. We never felt like just another booking — they genuinely listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was right for us.

Once everything was booked, Michelle even contacted us to arrange our seats on the plane and managed to get us extra-legroom seats, which was such a lovely added bonus and something we really appreciated for such a long journey.

Then, as often happens with family holidays, our plans changed! Our family decided they wanted to join us, but they wanted to visit several different areas of Thailand. This could have made things complicated, but Michelle and Jo just took it all in their stride. They arranged all the additional bookings so effortlessly and gave them so many recommendations, taking into account everyone’s individual wishes and requirements — and believe me, that was no mean feat!

What really stands out is how helpful, patient and genuinely lovely they have both been. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we have the holiday we want. They have made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable and it’s been such a pleasure having them help us put together what is going to be a very special family holiday.

Michelle and Jo booked a trip to Sri Lanka for our milestone anniversary. Invaluable guidance and support from planning the trip to during the trip, at all hours. Their knowledge/experience lends itself really well to designing a trip that works perfectly to suit the needs of the family. Hotels booked were amazing and some wonderful surprises on arrival arranged by Michelle and Jo. Lovely added touch of holiday goody bag. Definitely turn to them again for further trips and recommend on every level.

We have recently returned from a 6 night holiday in Malta. We had booked this with the amazing help from Michelle and Jo. Their knowledge of the country and activities that were available was exactly what we needed. They gave multiple options of different hotels, restaurants and activities we could do that would fit our schedule and family. It was really great chatting with them throughout and they were always there to help if we needed it!

Booked our family holiday to Malta through JupitaTravel. From start to finish was all top. A special mention must go to both Michelle & Jo who went that extra mile, even suggesting places to visit and days out, which we found to be all very special. The Jet 2 staff were brilliant as were the staff at Radisson blue golden sands where we stayed. I’m so glad we chose an agency to book with this year as took away all the headaches.

This is the first time I have used a travel agent but felt it was important as this was a big trip for us - to Vietnam- and lots of logistics etc.
A very positive outcome - Michelle and Jo were very knowledgeable about where to go, what to do and happy to create a personalised schedule to meet our needs. Especially flexible when I was making changes a week before to tours.
While travelling there were constant check in from the team, small little gifts/welcome notes on arrival at hotels that just added a personal touch.
A huge benefit was working with local travel agents who provided insight, excellent tour guides, private transportation that just made our holiday a wonderful experience.

Michelle and Jo helped us find what we wanted for our first trip to Italy. I knew I needed a base to explore with lots of options, but for a reasonable price as the hotel was just a base.

A few options were sent and the holiday was perfect.

I had also booked a long haul holiday with them and due to the Middle East issues had to change that. We worked together for days to change to a different country and time, lots of minor changes to ensure it was what we wanted.

Can’t thank Kev and the team enough for all they did for our recent trip. Booked in Feb for a family wedding in Bali. We were going to Thailand first and flying via Dubai before the wedding in Bali. - just weeks before war kicked off in the region. Kev was in constant contact with us to help us rearrange, holding flights in reserve waiting for Emirates to offer us free cancellation which they finally did only 10 days before we took off! Kev and the team rearranged flights and connecting flights got us in no time at all, we had drivers to pick us up at each airport and they even booked us trips while we were out there! Honestly you don’t get this level of service when you book online. I couldn’t recommend the team more, not just for long trips like ours but for the personal advice and service that you won’t get booking online, and at no extra cost!

Michelle and Jo were incredibly helpful and did a great job of booking my most recent trip. It was very last minute and it was made very easy for me. They were given a budget and a destination (and only 36 hours!) and I was offered lots of useful options for different airlines, cabins and routes. I was very relieved to have their help on this one as it was a quick and stressful turnaround for me and doing it all myself may have been a bridge too far. Will be relying on them again in the future.

We've just returned from a lovely few days in Copenhagen.
Michelle and Jo recommended Coco Hotel which was a great choice and absolutely perfect. We wouldn't have picked it without their help and knowledge of the area as it was a litte way out from the main hustle and bustle and it matched our budget and preferences. We have now booked a few trips with Michelle and Jo and find their expertise invaluable and will definitely be using them again.

Jo and Michelle took all the stress out of booking my holiday. They had arranged a few little treats to be left in our room for our arrival. I knew that they'd only be a message away if I needed them while I was on holiday. Would definitely use Jupita Travel again.

Michelle and Jo recently helped organise a wonderful stay for my family and I to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It was a local hotel but by having Michelle and Jo sort everything meant I could relax and enjoy with my family. They went above and beyond by contacting hotel on my behalf, organising dinners and adding little extra special touches such as birthday chocolates in room, on arrival and a beautiful dinner.

A huge thank you to Joanna and Michelle for going above and beyond to organise the most amazing holiday for me in Crete. Joanna previously helped me book a fantastic trip to Jamaica, so when I needed a holiday at very short notice this year, I knew exactly who to contact.
What makes this even more impressive is that Joanna was actually on holiday herself, yet she still made sure I was looked after. Michelle stepped in to help, and together they found me the perfect holiday within just two days. Their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding.
Everything was organised perfectly from start to finish – not only the hotel, which has been absolutely wonderful, but also the transfers and every little detail. Throughout the whole process Joanna has checked in regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly and to see if I need anything at all. That level of customer care is incredibly rare.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can tell they genuinely care about finding the right holiday for their clients. Their knowledge, efficiency, and attention to detail are second to none.

I have booked several holidays with Kirsty and her service is incredible. She is incredible from start to finish and goes above and beyond what any other travel agent would usually do. She is constantly there for you no matter how big or small the query is. I highly recommend using her for any breaks you have coming up in the future as I promise she will not let you down :-)

Lucy has been absolutely fantastic in the booking process of our October holiday. She is very personable, kind and very patient. She doesn’t hound you with phone calls and pushes you to book, she is really relaxed and calm and there’s no hesitation if I had any questions to look for the answers straightaway. I am truly grateful for Lucy’s kind manner as I have anxieties about traveling and booking holidays and Lucy has just been brilliant. I’m happy to say we’ve booked an amazing holiday that Lucy found and recommended which we are very happy with. If you are a worrier or not sure where to start, go to Lucy and she will help! Also it’s been nice to have a relaxed chat to her too which put me at ease from the beginning. I can’t wait for our holiday now! Thank you again Lucy!!

Just returned from a 2 night break in Paris. Michelle gave us a selection of hotels within budget and found us a fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. Cannot recommened Jupitatravel enough, they made our trip stress free
