Confused about my order bill. Was I deliberately or mistakenly overcharged??

Order #149399. I am worried if this company is a scam. My issue is below that I emailed to JUPOPPIN this morning, and I'm sure they will all of a sudden respond to me after reading this trust pilot review. I have also reached out to them via Instagram but I got no response from them. My email to them pasted below:

Hi, jupoppin.

So I just placed an order on your flat iron and at checkout the bill said $114.70 USD, but after paying the $114.70, I got an order email confirmation from you saying that the total is $107.20 USD.

I don't understand what's going on with these two different bills mentioned above? Am I being robbed or is there a technical malfunctioning on your website which is hiding some order details? Do you owe me $7.50 ? If I paid $114.70 from my end why does your email confirmation shows a smaller payment? I really need your clarification on this ASAP. Thanks.
