I would give minus stars if I could. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am still being given excuses regarding a request for a refund. I made a purchase on Nov 1st for a nearly $1000 watch which the company did not have in stock, I was charged for the watch while they tried to source it even though I told them it was now out fo stock from the manufacturer. They gave me excuse after excuse as I followed up for a month. Then they told me the package was lost from the manufacturer and didn't offer a resolution so I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get the refund which I challenged, they then said it would be 5-7 days. It has now been 7 days and still no refund, this company is an absolute joke and the customer service is horrendous. Stay far away from ordering luxury items with this company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I have no faith I am actually going to get a refund from them, atbthis point I don't think they are a reputable company.
