What shocking reviews. I must say I did receive some assistance to begin with. However, subsequent visits were beyond disgraceful - with one in particular being especially unpleasant & disturbing (wholly needlessly so). My experience was in Haarlem & I was facing enormous difficulties; despite them hardly ever being open & me waiting patiently, staff were extraordinarily rude & abusive - & then refused to provide their names (a male & female member of staff) when asked to so I could raise complaint about them. Their hostile & deeply unprofessional conduct almost caused a scene in the building, as another person waiting began angrily & aggressively screaming at me after becoming impatient. What a total nightmare.

Ridicolous service. They provided 2 times numbers of lawyers who does not work anymore or they are not reachable at all. Scam!!!!!!!!!!

They are completely useless. I've been there 3 times with different cases and all three times they refused to receive my complaints. I thought it was me maybe who had cases that were not eligible to file complaints but I came to find out by two other people that they also refused to receive their case. So my conclusion is that they are just lazy "so-called" lawyers getting paid for doing nothing.

Last Tuesday I was assisted by a lawyer at the legal counter very correctly, pleasantly and efficiently by telephone. We have received good guidance on how to undo the aggressive purchase of 2 chairs from my elderly parents. Very, very satisfied and definitely recommended. If I had consulted another lawyer about this, it would certainly have cost me at least a few hundred euros.

The most useless lawyer office I ever dealt with!!!
I explain my situation well, even a baby would understand it.
I explain what I need to do and I ask this wannabe lawyers how to proceed further.
What they answer after all my words?
"I dont understand your question."...
And case closed, these people dis not even try to understand it and tell me I didnt ask my question right?
Erm????? Did you ever went to study law??? Or maybe just some social worker with no clue whatever the f he has to do!!!

Maybe just close your office and get a job yourself as useless as you are!!!! And stop wastin people's time. As well ur stupid phone number is invalid.
