In November 2019 I had the traffic accident - I was hit by jeep truck while driving my bicycle during my shift for Thuisbezorgd. After examination in OLVG hospital I was diagnosed with injury of both legs, but my house doctor persuaded me that my injuries are not so dangerous.
Nevertheless I felt myself disabled and decided to apply for legal support.
I have contacted Jurilex lawyer Mr Steward Reiziger and he has organized the meeting with representative of insurance company of the guilty party - the truck driver.
Soon I have got new examination results from doctor in Russia where I had to go to make X rays of my legs as my house doctor in Netherlands was persuading me that there is no need for them and denied me with it.
Those X-rays from Russia showed that I had left fibula broken and doctors from UMC Amsterdam have made additional X-rays which approved my diagnosis. Given this documentation Mr Reiziger applied to Insurance company for reconsideration of my case.
In January 2020 I have got the first part of compensation - 750 euro. After negotiations with insurance company professionally provided by Mr Reiziger I have got two other payments - 1000 euro and 4204,27 euro - in April 2020 and in June 2020 respectively.
I am deeply thankful to Mr Reiziger for his flawless and professional support and definitely would apply for his service if needed.
