1. Their discounts and promo codes are disappearing just after clicking proceed to payment in checkout without any warning (had it happen two times already). So if you do not check amounts you will buy for higher price.
2. Prices also change constantly and even if item is in checkout.
3. If you succeed to buy the item for price you saw on their page or ads. You will might be surprised that nothing is happening after the payment. And only when you ask - you will be informed that they do not have it and it will arrive in one month or more..
4. Then when it arrives and they send it to you (maybe) you see on site that shipping provider is DHL you try their tracking an it does not work (tracking system does not know about that number). It took me some time understand that even if it says on order that they use DHL that it was sent by UPS and i need to check another site for tracking.
Very fast delivery and the email updates on delivery were great.
Did not have the items I ordered after I had paid for them. They contacted me days later to let me know that some of the items were available and gave me the choice of either cancel or get a refund for the unavailable items. A week later the items show in the DHL site like they are still in Germany, and I get all notifications in German (which I don't speak, so I have to Google translate them)
