I have recently completed a sale of my property with Claire (July 2020). Ive been involved in 4 purchases of houses in my lifetime and dealt with multiple estate agents, I do not say this hastily, Claire is the best agent I have ever worked with. She has been highly professional and yet pleasantly considerate throughout the entire process. Through the covid situation Claire has always been supportive of our needs and attentive to any changes in the market. Claire has been available at all hours and responded to any questions within an hour throughout every step. She proactively filmed a video tour herself and pushed a Facebook campaign that included our house simply to increase any chance of the sale we wanted. It has truly been a spectacular service and one that has changed my views on estate agents in general. Whilst we went with purple bricks for the cost saving, I would seriously consider paying more simply for the service she has provided. Claire is someone I am pleased to call a friend of our family now. If anybody wants a stellar service, look no further.
