Be careful iif you’re having a hard time learning, these people will not support you. Instead of helping, they get angry, complain a lot, and even swear at you. They make you feel stupid for not getting things straight away. It’s not just unprofessional, it’s stressful and demotivating. No one should be treated like that when they’re trying to learn
I lost my grandad last week, and on the day of my lesson, I messaged to cancel because I was grieving and not in the right state of mind. Instead of showing understanding or compassion, I was told I still had to pay no exceptions. What hurts even more is that instructors are allowed to cancel on the same day without any punishment, yet when a student has a real emergency, they show no empathy at all. I wasn’t trying to get out of paying for no reason I was just trying to process a personal loss. The way I was treated felt cold and unfair, and it’s honestly left me with a bad experience during an already painful time
Scammers, be alert. Their instructors will be rude couple of days prior to the best and when you ring them they will quote you £180 instead of £100 previously agreed. They’re a scam and a rip off stay miles away from them.
