What an untrustworthy company this is! They operate a scam in Cyprus conning people in the UK and although they are full of promises they have no intention of returning your money. BEWARE.
I would give minus stars if possible.

This is a company that will scam you out of your money. They are part of justshophome based at the same address in Cyprus (even though they try denying it, the contact details are the same for both companies).

July/August time I contacted them requesting my account be closed which I was told then that it was, now in December I'm being contact stating that they'd refund me and terminate my account if I was to leave a positive review on here. If they had nothing to hide they wouldn't need to hold a refund to ransom unless you leave a positive review.

Their customer support isn't supportive at all, they continually give you the run around with excuses. Then become unprofessional stating its your fault.

Now being sent emails stating that they have closed the account again, but would prefer this review changed for a positive one. If they'd closed the account when I first requested it they wouldn't be saying they'll close it now.

I was frauded and someone created an account without my knowledge.. the advisor helped me to get the account closed and my money refunded, very helpful

A scam company that hijacks login details from apps, and before you know it, they have taken money out of your account. If this happens to you, please do not ignore it, as they will continue to take even more money. You will need to block them if you can, freeze your card, or report fraud on your card so the bank can change the card details. 'Updated.' They did send back a refund. However, that still doesn't negate the fact that their practices in order to get customers aren't fraudulent.
