I saw the company on my bank statement with a $50 deduction. I called them to clarify the transaction not only for the fee, but exactly what it was for. They would not answer my question unless I gave them $5 with my credit card number.

Just Answer is a scam that disguises itself as a legitimate service. I was confused by their website that said it would cost $5.00. A month later it charged me $65. I called them and requested a cancellation. They agreed and said my $65 would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. It wasn't. Now, two months later they charged me $65 again. I again called them and got the same run around answer.

Just Answer trading as Xpendy are a SCAM company. You pay a pound initially and then they’ve got your bank details and then they just take whatever money they want whenever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. They charge you for ‘cancelling’ - today I was told I was ‘lucky’ enough to get an 9% discount for cancelling’ but then they keep on taking money. There is no way of getting rid of these parasites and I can only think of taking legal action. They are trading from Holland. Just beware and avoidJUST ANSWER and XPENDY because all they will do is Rob your bank account and you will get NOTHING IN RETURN.

It’s a scam 48 dollars a month until you cancel

I went to just answer to get some help. They said they would bill me $5. They billed me $25 and offered no help. They stole $20 from me. I would not ever use these people. I get tired of liars and thieves on the internet.

This is third time l have used. Just Answer.

Your initial enquiry is passed onto a legal clerk and with a few minutes they pass on Questions from the solicitor. to you.’
You reply and fairly quickly the solicitor replies.
So you hav your questions, their questions and answer within half an hour and longer if they need to check it out in more detail.

Avoid the £44 tab , it comes up every time when they ask for you want a Call ( obvs quicker) you just say no and thereafter be careful to ignore it. Unless you want it.
