I was told that the tumbler that I ordered would keep my drinks cold all day. Even with filling it to the top with ice, my drinks only stay cold for about an hour and a half. The design was put on incorrectly so there is a light yellow line on the top. The owner, Kristie Powell, was very difficult to work with even when sent her an example of what I wanted on my tumbler.
